Holaaaa, ich vermiete mein cozy Zimmer vom 10.03. bis 07.04. in der Nähe der U Seestraße unter :) Die Daten sind außerdem flexibel! Ich wohne mit meinem besten Freund zusammen und wir haben ein sehr harmonisches, familiäres angenehmes Miteinander, was ich mir für ihn ebenfalls während der Untermiete wünsche. Natürlich macht jede*r von uns sein Ding und verfolgt seinen eigenen Alltag.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und du hättest eine geräumige Wohnküche mit Sofa und einem Esstisch. In meinem Zimmer haben wir ein Hochbett gebaut, weil es einfach das praktischste war. Somit hast du die ganze Fläche unten frei! :) Ich freue mich über eure Anfragen und wir können gerne direkt einmal telefonieren und schauen ob es passt.
Die Gesamtmiete wäre 500 Euro für den Monat, da können wir aber auch gerne drüber reden!

Holaaaa, I am renting out my cozy room from March 10th to April 7th near U Seestraße :) The dates are flexible as well! I live with my best friend, and we have a very harmonious, family-like, pleasant atmosphere, which I also wish for during the subletting. Of course, everyone does their own thing and follows their own routine.
The room is fully furnished, and you would have a spacious shared kitchen with a sofa and a dining table. In my room, we built a loft bed because it was simply the most practical option. This way, you'll have all the space underneath! :) I look forward to your inquiries, and we can gladly have a phone call to see if it works out!
The total rent would be 500 euros for the month, but we can definitely discuss that as well!
