Großes, helles Zimmer in rücksichtsvoller 2er-WG im Wedding

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Schulstraße, ist aber trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. U Leopoldplatz ca. 5 min zu Fuß, S+U Wedding (Ringbahn) ca 10 min. Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe (Edeka, Lidl, Penny, dm, usw.), außerdem auch ganz nettes Cafés und Bars. Zur Panke sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß, da kann man nett entlangjoggen!

The apartment is located on a side street off Schulstraße but is still pretty calm and quiet. U Leopoldplatz is about a 5-minute walk away, and S+U Wedding (Ringbahn) is around 10 minutes. There are numerous supermarkets nearby (Edeka, Lidl, Penny, dm, etc.), as well as some nice cafés and bars. The Panke is a 15-minute walk away and nice for a jog along the water!

Ich bin Hannah (33) und wohne seit 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht es in ihren Heimatkiez nach Schöneberg, und so trennen wir uns schweren Herzens. Ich bin ein ziemlich umgänglicher und geselliger Mensch und lebe sehr gerne in WGs. Ich mag gemeinsame Unternehmungen, aber alles eher entspannt - Filmabend, Spaßgetränk auf dem Balkon, gemeinsam Kochen. Hab aber auch kein Problem mit Leuten, die gerne mehr Zeit in ihrem Zimmer verbringen. Sauberkeit ist in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wäre mir wichtig, aber ich denke, das ist ja klar.

Jetzt ein ganz zentraler Punkt: Ich hab seit letztem Jahr Long Covid, was meine Energie ziemlich einschränkt. Nochmal Coroni kriegen würde meinen Zustand verschlechtern. Es ist mir deshalb wichtig, dass mein Zuhause ein sicherer Ort für mich bleibt. Das heißt, Infektionsschutz sollte für dich wirklich kein Problem sein. Das würde z.B. bedeuten, dass es dir nichts ausmachen würde, in Öffis Maske zu tragen, dich regelmäßig zu testen und bei Krankheitssymptomen direkt mit mir zu kommunizieren - und dass ich dich auch nicht ständig daran erinnern müsste. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Person, die hier einzieht, sich gut überlegt, ob sie sich mit diesem Aspekt wohlfühlt. Ich brauche eine verlässliche Basis und kann bei diesem Thema leider keine Kompromisse eingehen – daher wäre es schön, wenn du dir sicher bist, dass das für dich langfristig passt. Wir können darüber gerne auch nochmal persönlich sprechen. Damit wir beide sicher sein können, dass es passt, erzähl mir in deiner Nachricht doch kurz, wie du dazu stehst.

Insgesamt suche ich also eine Person, die einen ruhigen Lebensstil hat und sich in einer entspannten, rücksichtsvollen WG wohlfühlt. Wenn Clubbesuche dein Leben sind, sind wir eher kein Match. Auch andere Menschen mit Long Covid, ME/CFS oder ähnlichen gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen sind natürlich sehr willkommen!

I’m Hannah (33) and have been living in this apartment for two years. My current flatmate is moving back to her home neighborhood in Schöneberg, so we’re sadly parting ways. I’m an easygoing and sociable person who really enjoys shared living. I like spending time together in a relaxed way—movie nights, a drink on the balcony, cooking together, etc. But I also have no problem with someone who likes to spend more time in their room. Cleanliness in the shared spaces is important to me, but I think that goes without saying.

Now, an important point: I’ve had Long Covid since last year, which significantly limits my energy. Getting Covid again would worsen my condition. That’s why it’s really important to me that my home remains a safe space. This means that being covid-cautious should not be an issue for you. For example, it would mean that you don’t mind wearing a mask on public transport, testing regularly, and communicating openly with me if you have symptoms, without me having to remind you. I really want the person moving in to think carefully about whether they’re comfortable with this. I need a reliable foundation and, unfortunately, I can’t make compromises on this topic—so it would be great if you’re sure that this works for you long-term. Of course, we can discuss this in person to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us. To help with that, I’d appreciate it if you could briefly mention in your message how you feel about this.

Overall, I’m looking for someone with a calm lifestyle who feels comfortable in a relaxed and considerate flatshare. If clubbing is a big part of your life, we probably wouldn’t be the best match. People with Long Covid, ME/CFS, or other health conditions are, of course, very welcome!

Da du mit in den Hauptmietvertrag aufgenommen werden würdest, müsstest du die gängigen Unterlagen vorlegen können (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheit, etc.). Es wird ein neuer Mietvertrag gemacht - die Miete könnte geringfügig steigen, in die 700 EUR war allerdings auch schon ein kleiner Puffer einkalkuliert, sodass dass es vermutlich im Rahmen bleiben wird.
