WICHTIG: Bitte schreibt nur, wenn ihr bereit seid, das Zimmer für die gesamten 7 Wochen (700 Euro) zu mieten.
Die Wohnung ist 100m² groß und besteht aus insgesamt 3 Privatzimmern, sowie einer Küche, einem Bad mit Fenster und einem geräumigen Flur, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer (26m²) hat einen Balkon und ist möbliert:
- Himmelbett (1,40 m)
- großer Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch
- Bücherregal
- Sofa
- Sessel
- großer Spiegel

Dear room hunters,
as I am leaving the city for a couple of weeks, I am now looking for good company for my two flatmates Klara (30) and Katia (29).
IMPORTANT: Please only write if you are willing to rent the room for the entire 7 weeks (700 Euros).
The flat is 100m² big and consists of 3 private rooms as well as a kitchen, a bathroom with a window and a spacious corridor, which are used collectively.
The room (26m²) has a balkony and is fully furnished:
- four-poster bed (1,40 m)
- big wardrobe
- desk
- bookshelve
- couch
- armchair
- big mirror.
Sprengelkiez. Die Wohnung ist im Dreieck von Wedding (S 41/42, U6), Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) und Amrumer Straße (U9) gelegen.
Bars, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und alles, was das Herz sonst so begehren könnte, findet man direkt um die Ecke.
Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum und am Plötzensee.

Bars, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and whatever else you might need, you'll find right around the corner.
The flat is really close to the city centre and Plötzensee (lake).
Wir sind KEINE Zweck-WG. Allerdings sind wir mit Arbeit, Freunden und Hobbys gut ausgelastet, sodass wir nicht ständig alle zusammen zu Hause hängen. Ein Bier auf dem Balkon oder ein leckeres Abendessen teilen wir dennoch gerne :)
Deshalb solltest du ein aufgeschlossener und eigenständiger Mensch sein, gerne Vegetarierin. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!

We are NOT a shared flat of convenience. However, we are busy with work, friends and hobbies, thus we will not be at home together all the time. Beers on the balcony or a nice dinner are things we like to share :)
Therefore you should be an open-minded as well as independent person, preferably also vegetarian. We would be happy to hear from you!
