The room is adjacent to a 36m2 shared big open livingroom and kitchen, in a beautiful rooftop apartment (in total the apartment has 120m2, 3 bedrooms) filled with light, quiet, and plants. (will post a photo soon)
The apartment is in a new building off the street alongside the Panke canal, with huge windows, views, lots of light, plants and art. In winter it is well isolated and has floor heating, so its very warm and cosy. 30m2 deck runs on 2 sides of the apartment.
Big bathroom, with deep bath and separate shower. Guest bathroom also.
Downstairs a large garden, with benches, trees, etc, can be used.
Supermarkets, cafes and public transport (both S and U) are very close by. Also a swimming pool in summer is 5min walk away.
For 3-5 months initially, possibly for long-term.
Shared with: Steve (Australian), works for an art gallery and Arryn, (also Australian) artist, has an atelier nearby, also with Monica, Arrryn's partner, a writer and historian, who will be away for some larger periods of time.

Great location, in the heart of Wedding’s artistic community, surrounded by studio houses, historic factories, hidden bars, music venues and cafes. Art shops close by.
Good connections. 3-4 minutes to Wedding SBahn (S41/42, Ring) Humbolthain (S1,2 etc), U6, Buses. 20-30 min walk to the heart of Mitte.
