Ich suche diese Woche nach einem/r neuen Mitbewohner/in.
Dein schönes Zimmer ist möbliert und 20qm groß.
Ausstattung: Ein großes Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, Lampe etc.
Es gibt einen Hinterhof, super wenn man mal im Sommer grillen will oder sein Fahrrad abstellen will.
Ich suche jemanden der nett, humorvoll und positiv ist. Jemand, der rücksichtsvoll, zuverlässig und offen ist. Auch ist mir Hygiene und Ordnung wichtig. Wir sind Zielorientierte Menschen und voll mit Energie geladen.

I'm searching this week for a new flat-mate!
Your room is 20sm, bright and furnished with a big bed, a closet and a desk for work, a lamp etc.
We have a backyard, great to barbecue there in summertime and for placing your bike.
I'm searching for a nice, humorous and positive Person. Someone who is considerate, reliable and open minded. Hygiene and a flat in order is also important to me. We are very goal orientated people with a lot of energy. If you feel the same, I will be very happy to get to know you and you might feel very comfortable here.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima. 2-3min zu Fuß bis zur U6 Station 'Scharnweberstr.'. und 2 in bis zum nächsten Bus. 15 min mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bis zum Flughafen Tegel und 25min bin zum Alexanderplatz. Um die Ecke gibt es gleich eine günstige Bäckerei und einige Imbissbuden und mehr.

The position of the flat is very nice. 2-3 min to walk to the U6 'Scharnweberstr.' and 2 min to the next bus station. With public transport 15 min away from the Tegel Airpot and 25 from Alexanderplatz. Very close to us u find a bakery and a few snack bars, restaurants and more.
WICHTIG
Was mir wichtig ist, ist...
- dass du ein positiver und freundlicher Mensch bist
- dass du sauber und ordentlich bist
- dass du vernünftig bist und mit Ruhe und Respekt offen Probleme kommunizieren kannst
- und ggf. dass du am besten zielstrebig bist und dich für deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung interessierst.
Weil genau so sind wir drauf. Wir sind zugleich auch voll locker und warmherzig. Wir lachen viel zusammen und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Ansonsten macht natürlich jeder sein Ding und das funktioniert sehr gut so. Uns ist es wichtig, dass du dich hier Zuhause fühlst, denn nur so können wir uns alle Zuhause fühlen. Am besten du kommst einfach mal vorbei, das funktioniert eh immer am besten.
