Ich (Lisa) bin für einen Monat in Münster und vermiete daher mein Zimmer (Zimmer 1). Es hat circa 18m2 und es ist voll möbliert, mit Hochbett und einer roten Schlafcouch, einem Lesesessel, vielen Pflanzen und einem Fenster von dem aus man den belebten Nazarethkirchplatz sehen kann. Ich mache dir gerne etwas Platz für deine Kleidung im Schrank. Weil es eine Altbauwohnung ist, sind die Decken sehr hoch. Olaf der Hund legt sich gerne auf den Teppich in meinem Zimmer, er darf aber nicht auf die rote Couch (das ist die einzige Couch in der Wohnung auf die er nicht darf, das weiß er aber auch). In meinem Zimmer steht auch der Beamer gegenüber der Couch, wodurch mein Zimmer irgendwann das WG Kino wurde.

I (Lisa) am in Münster for a September and am therefore renting out my room (Zimmer 1). It has around 18m2 and is fully furnished, with a loft bed and a red sofa bed, a reading chair, lots of plants and a window from which you can see the lively Nazareth church square. I would be happy to make some space for your clothes in the closet. Because it is an old building, the ceilings are very high. Olaf the dog likes to lie down on the carpet in my room, but he's not allowed on the red couch (that's the only couch in the apartment that he's not allowed on, but he knows that). In my room the projector is opposite the couch, which at some point turned my room into a shared cinema.
Direkt am U Leopoldplatz (U6 und U9) mit Blick auf die Kirche. Außerdem ist der S Bahnhof Wedding (Ringbahn) noch fußläufig zu erreichen so wie die Tramstation Osram-Höfe (M50, M13). Es ist ein Eckhaus: Die Nazarethkirchstr ist recht belebt, die Malplaquetstr allerdings eine Verkehrsberuhigte Straße. Im Haus selbst ist das schöne Café und Seccondhand Laden "Motte" und ein Tattoo Studio. Auf der naheliegenden Müllerstraße findet sich jeder Laden den du brauchst. (Supermärkte, Drogiere, etc.) Sehr gute Eisläden und Spielplätze direkt vor der Haustür

Directly at U Leopoldplatz (U6 and U9) with a view of the church. The Wedding S-Bahn station (Ringbahn) is also within walking distance, as is the Osram-Höfe tram station (M50, M13). It is a corner house: Nazarethkirchstrasse is quite busy, but Malplaquetstrasse is a traffic-calmed street. There is a nice little Café directly in the house. Every shop you need can be found on the nearby Müllerstraße (supermarkets, drug stores, etc.)
Hier wohnen Anna und ich zusammen mit Annas kleinem Sohn und ab und zu der Hund Olaf. Anna ist Animations- und Illustrationskünstlerin. Sie wohnt im größten Zimmer der Wohnung. Das andere Zimmer wird abwechselnd eine Woche als Wohnzimmer und eine Woche als Spielzimmer genutzt, denn Annas Sohn (9 Jahre alt) ist alle zwei Wochen auch da. Außerdem gibt es noch unseren 4jährigen kastrierten Rüden Olaf. Olaf wurde als Welpe in einer Mülltonne gefunden und kam so zum Tierschutzverein, wo Anna ihn im Sommer 2021 adoptiert hat. Olaf hat sich ganz gut bei uns eingelebt aber er bellt manchmal und hat sehr viel Energie. Er ist aber auch sehr zutraulich.
Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr familiär. Manchmal geht es etwas chaotisch zu aber Sauberkeit ist uns grundsätzlich sehr wichtig und auch die gegenseitige Privatsphäre wird von allen respektiert. Wir haben gerne viel Besuch! Vor allem in der Kinderfreien Woche.

Anna (32 years, animation artist) lives in the bigger room of the flat. The other room is used alternately for a week as a living room and a week as a playroom, because Anna's son (8 years old) is also there every two weeks. There is also our 2 year old male dog Olaf. Olaf was found as a puppy in a garbage can and came to the animal welfare association, where Anna adopted him in the summer of 2021. Olaf has loud and quiet days, in general I think that he is still settling in.
The atmosphere in the flat is very familiar. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but cleanliness is very important to us and everyone respects each other's privacy. We like to have a lot of visitors!
Du solltest grundsätzlich Spaß am Umgang mit Kindern und Hunden haben. Ich würde mich auch freuen wenn du in meiner Abwesenheit meine Pflanzen gießt. Das allerwichtigste ist, dass sich alle zu Hause wohl fühlen und kein Stress. Das Zimmer ist nur für den Zeitraum von 1 Monat zu vermieten. Bitte gib mir in deiner Nachricht zu verstehen, dass du all diese Punkte gelesen hast und einverstanden bist.

You should generally enjoy dealing with children and dogs. I would also be happy if you water my plants while I'm away. The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable at home and not stressed. The room can only be rented for a period of 1 month.
