The room is 13sqm big and is furnished with a bed, desk and chair and a closet.
A fully equipped Kitchen and the bathroom with a bath/shower combo are at your disposal.
The rooms are clean and bright.
The Price includes everything (the flat, warm + water, electricity and internet)
I prefer Vegetarians and non-smokers so please include it in your message wether or not you are.

The flat is located on the inner edge of Weissensee.
Living here is a nice mix between city live and the suburbs.
The house doesn't face any major roads and is generally surrounded by lots of greens and little gardens,
Via Tram or bus the ringbahn (Prenzlauer Allee) is only 15 minutes away and Alexanderplatz 25 minutes away.
I am Alex and I am looking for nice people to share the flat with.
I work a lot so I don’t always have the time to spend with roommates but I love to cook (either alone or with other people) and I’m definitely not apposed to a tea and a good conversation at the end of the day.
I love movies and books and all kinds of storytelling mediums. That’s a big passion of mine. Also enjoy boardgames, swimming (Weißensee is only 10 minutes from the flat) and have quite the collection of plants on the balcony.
