The room is modernly furnished and has a 140x200 bed, a large wardrobe, shelves and a desk - ideal for studying or home office. The apartment has just been renovated and offers modern comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an induction hob and oven, dishes and cooking utensils - everything you need for your daily needs. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are also available. You can wash your laundry directly in the apartment and dry it on the drying floor. Your room is part of a 2-person shared apartment. You use the kitchen, bathroom and hallway together.

Die Wohnung wurde gerade saniert und bietet modernen Komfort. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Induktionsherd und Backofen, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet – alles, was du für deine täglichen Bedürfnisse benötigst. Auch Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Bettwäsche stehen Dir zur Verfügung. Deine Wäsche kannst Du direkt in der Wohnung waschen und auf dem Trockenboden trocknen. Dein Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er WG. Küche, Bad und Flur nutzt Ihr gemeinsam.
Right on your doorstep you have the popular Wilmersdorfer Volkspark for relaxed walks or sporting activities. At the same time, you can reach several bus lines via the Wilhelmsaue entrance, and S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains run nearby (5-7 minutes to U7 Blissestraße and U7/U9 Berliner Straße). Within walking distance you can reach bakeries, cafés and supermarkets, restaurants, fitness studios and many other shops for your daily needs.
Direkt vor der Haustür hast du den beliebten Wilmersdorfer Volkspark für entspannte Spaziergänge oder sportliche Aktivitäten. Gleichzeitig erreichst Du über den Zugang zur Wilhelmsaue mehrere Buslinien, S- und U- Bahnen verkehren in der Nähe (5-7min zu U7 Blissestraße und U7/U9 Berliner Straße).
