In unserer schönen zweistöckigen 4er WG wird zum 1.04. (auch schon ab 01.03 möglich) ein unbefristetes Zimmer frei..
Was wir lieben ist der Garten, die große Küche und unser Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten, die lichtdurchflutete Loggia, der Sternenhimmel, unseren Garten und am Feuer sitzen, unsere Werkstatt, die nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Flakensee und der Wald, der am Ende der Straße beginnt.
Wir, das sind Basti (37), James (57) und Sandra (39), legen wert auf offene Kommunikation, ein achtsames Miteinander in dem Raum für Gemeinschaftlichkeit sowie Rückzug ist und ein bewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen. Wir mögen ordentliche Gemeinschaftsräume und es ist uns wichtig, dass in unserer Küche vegan/vegetarisch gekocht wird.
Wir freuen uns auf Menschen ab 25 Jahren, die Lust haben mitzugestalten, zu gärtnern und ein gemeinsames Zuhause und Wir zu co-kreieren.
Wir sprechen deutsch/englisch und sind keine Party-WG. Geraucht wird nur im Garten.
Es sollte für dich kein Problem sein "Free palestine" zu sagen und du solltest Menschenrechte als universal betrachten.
Woltersdorf ist schon Brandenburg - es ist aber noch der C-Bereich der BVG.
Gute Anbindung trotz Stadtrand:
z.B. in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus/15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum S-Bahnhof Erkner, von dort in 15 Minuten mit der Regio zum Ostkreuz oder mit der Tram und S-Bahn in ca. 50 Minuten zum Ostkreuz. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Tram- und Bushaltestelle.
°Wenn der 1.03. zu knapp für dich ist, dann lass es uns wissen. Denn wenn es zwischen uns passt, sollte dies keine Hürde darstellen.

We have in our lovely two-story shared flat for four people, a room will be available starting March 1st with no fixed end date. Some of the things we love about our place is the vegetable and flower garden, the spacious kitchen and living/comonroom, the light-filled loggia, stargazing, gardening and sitting by the fire in the garden, our workshop in the garden, and the fact that it’s only a two-minute walk to Lake Flakensee, with the forest starting right at the end of the street.
We, thats Basti (37), James (57) and Sandra (40), value open communication and mindful coexistence, allowing space for both community and privacy, and take a conscious approach to resources. We prefer tidy common areas and it's important that our kitchen remains vegan/vegetarian.
We’re excited to meet human beings aged 25+ who are interested in co-creating a We together, gardening, and building a shared cozy home together. We speak German/English and are not a party WG. Smoking is permitted only outside and in the garden.
It shouldn’t be a problem for you to say “Free Palestine” and you should consider human rights as universal. 🍉
Woltersdorf is technically in Brandenburg, but it’s still within the BVG’s C-zone.
Well-connected despite being on the city outskirts:
For example, 10 minutes by bus/15 minutes by bike to Erkner S-Bahn station, from there 15 minutes by regional train to Ostkreuz, or about 50 minutes to Ostkreuz via tram and S-Bahn. It’s a 8-minute walk to the tram and bus stops.
