I am subletting my one room in a 2 room shared apartment for three months.
10-January-2024 to 31-March-2025
The rent will be 650 euro per month including all bills.
The flat is equipped with all the amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bed, cupboard, office table/chair etc.
The deposit will be 500 euros which will be paid back once the room is handovered back at the end of subletting period.
There is a possibility of long term extension as well with
Anmeldung. I am currently in talks to permanently move to munich. Will confirm this before ending the subletting period.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-WG für drei Monate zur Untermiete.
10.01.2025 bis 31.03.2025
Die Miete beträgt 650 Euro pro Monat inklusive aller Rechnungen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch/Stuhl usw. ausgestattet.
Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro und wird nach Rückgabe des Zimmers am Ende der Untermietzeit zurückgezahlt.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit einer langfristigen Verlängerung mit
Anmeldung. Ich bin derzeit in Gesprächen, um dauerhaft nach München zu ziehen. Ich werde dies bestätigen, bevor ich die Untermietzeit beende.
