This is a small room with direct access to a large and silent balcony. The flat was renovated in 2021 who moved into this attic apartment that was renovated 3 years ago. The flat has a nice, big living room with an American kitchen.
We want to find somebody to move in with us, as our previous flatmate moves out at the end of April.
We leave next to the Scharweberstrasse U-Bahn station, which is under construction.
The flat is 15 minutes of walking (1 km) from the Kurtschumacher-Platz (U6). There are regular buses (125, 221) and U-Bahn replacement buses that can take you there. It takes about 35 minutes to get to Friedrichstrasse from the flat.
There is also the S-Bahn Eichborndamm ~1,5 km (4 bus stations) away , where S25 commutes.
We are nice people who would like to live together with nice people! Good relationship with the neighbors, and there is a big-big balcony with a lot of potential for the summertime!
We don't have a strict schedule for cleaning, we all help together with that in a reasonable way. And most importantly, if we have any issues, we communicate :)
