Das Zimmer (15 qm) als Teil der großen Wohnung (75 qm) in einem Neubau-Haus direkt am Gleisdreieckpark ist für dich perfekt, wenn du für die nächsten Wochen eine nette Wohlfühlbleibe in Berlin suchst. Die Lage, die Wohnung an sich und der sonnige Balkon machen glücklich. Trotz des trüben Wetters!
Deine Mitbewohnerin: Ich heiße Luisa und bin 25 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite in der Klimaschutzforschung und studiere Physik. Ich bin zertifizierte Meditationslehrerin und liebe es, achtsam durch die Welt zu gehen und darüber zu staunen, gerade zu existieren. Ich schätze schöne und tiefe Begegnungen, meinen Körper zu bewegen und Schneeflocken oder Blätter anzuschauen. Bin auch gerne am (wild) Tanzen, Gedichte schreiben oder irgendwas Verrücktes machen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist gerade nicht da, weshalb ich ihr Zimmer hier untervermiete. Die Zwischenmiete ist erst einmal für ein paar Wochen geplant. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, voll möbliert und sehr fein ausgestattet. Es beinhaltet:
- Schreibtisch mit Monitor
- großes Bett mit Bettzeug und Kissen
- Bücherregale
- Ohrensessel mit Hocker
- schöne Lampen und weitere Beleuchtung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was man braucht:

The room (15 sqm) as part of the large flat (75 sqm) in a newly built house directly at Gleisdreieckpark is perfect for you if you are looking for a nice feel-good place to stay in Berlin for the next few weeks. The location, the flat itself and the sunny balcony will make you happy. Despite the gloomy weather!
Your flatmate: My name is Luisa and I'm 25 years old. I work in climate protection research and study physics. I am a certified meditation teacher and love to walk mindfully through the world and marvel at just existing. I appreciate beautiful and deep encounters, moving my body and looking at snowflakes or leaves. I also like to dance (wildly), write poetry or do something crazy.
My flatmate is away at the moment, which is why I'm subletting her room here. The sublet is only planned for a few weeks. The room is spacious, fully furnished and very finely equipped. It includes:
- Desk with monitor
- Large bed with bed linen and pillows
- bookshelves
- wing chair with stool
- beautiful lamps and other lighting
The flat is very nice and offers everything you need:

Der Gleisdreieckpark ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit der Bahnstation „U Gleisdreieck“ bestens an den ÖPNV angebunden (U1, U2 und U3). Im Umkreis gibt es einige Bars, Cafés und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. An Kultur, Sport und Erholung wird hier einiges geboten.
