Die Wohnunung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung die letztes Jahr kernsaniert wurde. Das Zimmer ist ein gemütlich vollausgestattetes Zimmer und behinhaltet ein Bed, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch sowie einen Sessel und Spiegel. Die Dekoration Pflanzen/Bilder sind ebenfalls von mir. Gerne kannst du das Zimmer nach deinen eigenen Bedürfnissen auch anpassen. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Richtung Innenhof und ist somit ruhiger gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studenten oder Arbeiter. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel. Denoch kann sich jeder gerne bewerben. Egal welches Alter und Geschlecht.
Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Küche die vollausgestattet ist. Egal zum Baken, oder ein Reiskocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine etc... gerne kannst du auch etwas dazu beisteuern.

I’m subletting the smaller room, fully furnished, king bed, workstation, sofa, Rug, closet… It has everything included from furniture and decorations and more is coming. The place is new.
Sunny, cosy room, Perfect for Students and Workers all genders are welcome. Central location close to all public transportation 2min walk maximum.
The kitchen has all what you need to cook delicious food and what you want from baking, no need to clean dishes later as we have a dishwasher.
Clean Bathroom include a washing machine and bathtub.
Coffee machine and more … any suggestions to improve is more than welcome :)

Das Zimmer befindet sich in Friedrichshain, einer von Berlins vielen und einzigartigen Nachbarschaften. Die Simon-Dach-Straße liegt gleich zu Füßen und der Boxhagener Platz ist nur 5 minuten entfernt. Viele Cafe's, Restaurants, Bars, etc. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Stadtteilen ist Friedrichshain sehr lebendig und bietet einem viel freiraum sich zu entfalten und neue Dinge für sich zu entdecken.
My place is located in Berlin's most exciting neighbourhood exactly on the Simon-Dach-Straße and Boxhagner Platz, the most famous street in Friedrichshain, Right outside our door leads to many cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, exhibitions.. a lively atmosphere offering alternative lifestyle and plenty of artistic impulse.
In der WG wirst du mit mir Leben. Ich arbeite als Software Entwickler wahlweise zu Hause oder im Office. Bin sehr unkompliziert, tollerant und pflege ein offenes Weltbild. Ich bin ein sehr sozialer Mensch und auch gerne mal am Wochenende unterwegs. Ob zusammen kochen oder mal einen trinken gehen, mit mir geht vieles. Wichtig sind mir ordentlichkeit und sauberkeit. Ich spreche ein bisschen deutsch und fließend english.

I am a very social person and like to be out and about on weekends. Whether cooking together or going out for a drink, I can do a lot of things. Neatness and cleanliness are important to me.
