Vom 20. April - bis 30. August oder September 2025 (flexibler Ein- und Auszug) werden zwei möblierte Zimmer, für eine berufstätige Person, in einer 2er-WG frei.
Die schöne, helle 100 qm Altbauwohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, im ehemaligen "West-Berlin", gleich um die Ecke vom Savignyplatz und dem Kurfürstendamm. Zur S-Bahn "Savignyplatz" sind es 3 Min. Fußweg, zur U-Bahn und Bus 10 Min.
Das großes Schlaf-Wohnzimmer, mit 140x200cm Bett, Schrank, Kommode und gemütlichen Sesseln geht zum ruhigen Innenhof. Zusatzlich gibt es ein kleines, separates Büro, mit Schreibtisch. Beide sind zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Die Wohnküche und das Badezimmer, mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, ebenso wie Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. WIFI (High Speed) steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Ich lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung und möchte die Wohnung nur mit jemandem teilen, dem das ebenso wichtig ist.
Zweimal im Monat kommt zur Unterstützung eine Reinigungskraft. Hierfür fallen zusätzliche Kosten von 60.- Euro an.
Eine Sicherheitskaution von 500€ ist bei Einzug zu hinterlegen, und wird bei Auszug zurückerstattet.
In meiner Nähe gibt es viele gute Cafés, Restaurants und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Um die Ecke gibt es zwei Edekas, Bioläden wie Bio Company und Alnatura, feine Buchhandlungen, erstklassige Galerien, tolle Arthouse-Kinos und coole Secondhand- und Designerboutiquen.
Ich bin kreativ in der Medienbranche unterwegs, vielseitig interessiert und aufgeschlossen. Ich mag Kultur, Natur, Film, Kunst, Musik und bin ein "Yogafreak" ;)l Ich lache gerne, rede über Gott und die Welt und schätze "horizonterweiternde" Gespräche. Dennoch brauche ich auch meine Ruhe und genieße Zeit alleine.
Ich freue mich auf jemanden, der ähnlich tickt, für ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenwohnen.
From April 20 to end of August or September, 2025 (dates are flexible), two furnished rooms (for a working professional), in my shared period apartment, will be available.
The bright, 100 sqm apartment is located in Charlottenburg, the former "West Berlin," near Savignyplatz (a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn Savignyplatz, a 10-minute walk to bus and U-Bahn stations), as well as the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard.
The spacious bedroom/living room faces the quiet inner courtyard. A big plus: There is also a small, separate office with a table. Both rooms are for your exclusive use.
The big kitchen and the bathroom, which features both a bathtub and a separate shower, are for shared use, as are the washing machine and dishwasher. High-speed WIFI is available and included free of charge.
I care a lot about cleanliness and tidiness and would like to share my apartment with someone who feels the same.
A cleaning lady comes twice a month. The cleaning costs for both visits, totaling €60, will be charged separately. A security deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded upon moving out.
There are many nice cafés, good restaurants, and plenty of shopping options nearby. Around the corner, you will find two "Edekas," organic shops such as "Bio Company" and "Alnatura," fine bookstores, first-class galleries, great arthouse cinemas, and stylish secondhand and designer boutiques.
I am a creative professional working in the media industry, with varied interests and an open-minded approach to life. I enjoy culture, nature, film, art, music, and am a "yoga enthusiast." I love to laugh and enjoy nice chats and "horizon-broadening" conversations. However, I also need my quiet time and appreciate spending time alone.
I am looking for a person with a similar mindset, for relaxed and respectful co-living.

Die Lage, um die Ecke vom Savignyplatz, ist eine der schönsten in Charlottenburg, mit vielen hübschen Cafés, einer großen Auswahl an guten Restaurants - quasi vor der Haustür - mehreren Bioläden, z.B. Deens am Savignyplatz, einem Edeka direkt um die Ecke, an der Kantstraße - kleinen und feinen Buchhandlungen, tollen Galerien, Secondhand- und Edelboutiquen, Kinos uvm.
Die S-Bahn Savignyplatz ist in 3 Min. Fußweg erreichbar und der Kurfürstendamm mit Bus- und U-Bahn Station in nur 2 Min.
The location, around the corner from Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg, is one of the nicest in West Berlin. With many pretty cafés, a large selection of good restaurants - right on the doorstep - several organic food stores, e.g. Deens on Savignyplatz, an Edeka just around the corner on Kantstraße - small and fine bookshops, great galleries, second-hand and luxury boutiques, cinemas and much more.
The Savignyplatz S-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away and the Kurfürstendamm bus and subway station is just 2 minutes away.
