We have a room available for ONE month from 1st March until 31st March. This is well suited to someone who is in-between places and needs something quickly. For reference the photos used are from the room next door, but the room looks exactly the same but with French balcony doors on the left.
Our apartment is situated perfectly in Kollwitzkiez. It is just two stops to Alexander Platz on the U2 where you have access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Tram services.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with beautiful high ceilings (3.0m), old double windows and large panelled French doors. The room itself receives lots of light as it faces West onto Schönhauser Allee.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything. Unfortunately we don't have a dishwasher but otherwise the flat has all the amenities and appliances you would need (nutribullet, hand blender, air fryer etc), as well as a bath in the bathroom.
Gina (28) is currently looking for a new job and Olivia (28) has just started working on her own business full time having worked in climate tech sales before.
The rent is 900 EUR per month which includes electricity and GEZ. 900 EUR is required as a deposit. Unfortunately no anmeldung is available given the short period the room is available for.
We will be shortlisting candidates in the coming days, with an aim to hold in-person and/or virtual interviews after 23rd January.
