Die Lage ist ideal für Pendler/Berufstätige oder als ruhige Studenten-WG.
In der Miete sind das Zimmer, die Möblierung, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, WLAN und alle weiteren Nebenkosten enthalten.
Es kann eine „Anmeldebescheinigung“ ausgestellt werden.
Deine Mitbewohner sind zwei Erstsemesterstudenten (🚺🚺) und freuen sich darauf, dich kennenzulernen!
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und grün am Hocksteinweg in Zehlendorf, hat Supermarkt, Apotheke, Döner und einige Geschäfte sowie einen Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür, ein Fitnessstudio und weitere Geschäfte (ALDI, Bio-Supermarkt, ...) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Steglitz / zur FU / nach Zehlendorf / nach Teltow ist super und es gibt Parkplätze auf der Straße.

We rent a large, bright room in a cozy, well-designed apartment in green Zehlendorf. The entire apartment is completely renovated and chicly furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a daylight bathroom. It is part of a 3-person shared apartment.
The location is ideal for commuters/working people or as a quiet student shared apartment.
The rent includes the room, furniture, electricity, water, heating, WiFi and all other additional costs.
A „Anmeldung“ certificate for the district office can be issued.
Your flat mates are two 1st year students (🚺🚺) and look forward meeting you!
The apartment is quietly and greenly located on Hocksteinweg in Zehlendorf, has a supermarket, pharmacy, kebab and a few shops as well as a weekly market on the doorstep, a fitness studio and other shops (ALDI, organic supermarket, ...) are within walking distance. The transport connections to Steglitz / to the FU / to Zehlendorf / to Teltow are great and there are parking spaces on the street.
