We are living in Florakiez. Shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants, the ‘Bürgerpark Pankow’ – all of which is reachable easily by foot. The next Späti is 10 meters away (excluding the stairs). The connectivity to public transport is excellent: There are busses just in front of the house, the S-Bahn station Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S26) is just around the corner from which it’s just two stations two the Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen), the S- and U-Bahn station Pankow (S2, S8, S85, U2) is reachable in about ten minutes by foot. Who likes bouldering: the Berta (Block) is around the corner, too.

WG Life:

Beside jobs, university and social life we like spending time together inside and outside of our flat. We cook and eat together spontaneously when we are at home, relax, have a couple of drinks together in the evenings and share our daily life and what’s goin on :) The house has a free flowing in energy that is open, friendly, and inviting. We would really like to find someone who wants to live with other people and shape building community here :)

In the summer time we like to go to parks, flea markets or go to one of the many lakes in the surrounding area. A feeling of community, communication, and respect are central for us in our communal living and we are looking for a person who is on the same page.

There is a shared kitchen system in which we are sharing lots of food and are having a common wallet that we all chip into (€25 per week). There is also not so much space for compartmentalisation and personal shelf spaces in the kitchen, although personal items can always be labeled.

English is the common language of the flat with splashes of German and Spanish here and there :) So please write us in english. Also, to have a balanced age in the flat we're looking for someone 24+

Julian (24):

Heyo, I’m Julian. I enjoy dancing (with a particular interest in somatics) and am currently doing a yoga teacher training course (yoga in the living room is a go!) I am also an activist engaged with the Palestine Liberation Movement and am organizing around regenerative and decolonial activism. I'll be starting to study at the FU this semester + working so my days are busy but I enjoy hanging around home when I can.
I’m also (still) looking for a punk concert buddy ;)

Nicole (33):

Nicole is our second newest member to our flatshare having moved in just now in June. When out of the city you'll see Nicole speeding by on a bike tour or hiking in nature. In the city Nicole is also studying and working and in their free time passionately enjoying saunas (even if it's summertime) and hanging out with friends. Easy going, enjoying to cook and spend time together, Nicole is a lovely part of our colorful WG!

Lilo (22):

Lilo is our newst addition to our WG constellation, having also moved in this past summer. Slow and quiet mornings radiate around Lilo to start the day. Delicious meals and funny kitchen chats soon follow. A bookworm at heart and also currently a student Lilo brings a warmth and softness that is much welcomed in our lives!

Jack (34):

Hello, I’m Jack, I’m 34 years old and come from the countryside in England. I work as an artist mainly with tattoos. I like to cook and worked for many years in the gastro scene in Berlin.

WG-Leben:

Neben Job, Uni und sozialem Leben verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander in und außerhalb unserer Wohnung. Wir kochen und essen spontan zusammen, wenn wir zu Hause sind, entspannen uns, trinken abends ein paar Drinks zusammen und tauschen uns über unseren Alltag aus und was so los ist :) Das Haus hat eine frei fließende Energie, die offen, freundlich und einladend ist. Wir würden gerne jemanden finden, der mit anderen Menschen zusammenleben und hier eine Gemeinschaft bilden möchte :)

Im Sommer gehen wir gerne in Parks, auf Flohmärkte oder an einen der vielen Seen in der Umgebung. Gemeinschaftsgefühl, Kommunikation und Respekt sind für uns zentral in unserem Zusammenleben und wir suchen eine Person, die auf der gleichen Seite steht.

Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der wir uns viele Lebensmittel teilen und ein gemeinsames Portemonnaie haben, in das wir alle einzahlen (25 € pro Woche). In der Küche gibt es auch nicht so viel Platz für Ablagen und persönliche Regale, obwohl persönliche Gegenstände immer beschriftet werden können.

Englisch ist die gemeinsame Sprache in der Wohnung mit ein paar Brocken Deutsch und Spanisch hier und da :) Schreiben Sie uns also bitte auf Englisch. Um ein ausgewogenes Alter in der Wohnung zu haben, suchen wir jemanden über 24

Julian (24):

Heyo, ich bin Julian. Ich tanze gerne (mit besonderem Interesse an Somatics) und mache gerade eine Yogalehrer-Ausbildung (Yoga im Wohnzimmer geht!). Außerdem bin ich ein Aktivist, der sich in der Palästina-Befreiungsbewegung engagiert und organisiere mich im Bereich regenerativer und dekolonialer Aktivismus. Ich fange dieses Semester an, an der FU zu studieren und zu arbeiten, also sind meine Tage sehr ausgefüllt, aber ich genieße es, zu Hause zu sein, wenn ich kann.
Außerdem bin ich (noch) auf der Suche nach einem Punk-Konzert-Kumpel ;)

Nicole (33):

Nicole ist das zweitneueste Mitglied in unserer WG und erst im Juni eingezogen. Wenn sie nicht gerade in der Stadt ist, sieht man Nicole auf einer Fahrradtour oder beim Wandern in der Natur. In der Stadt studiert und arbeitet Nicole ebenfalls und in ihrer Freizeit geht sie leidenschaftlich gerne in die Sauna (auch im Sommer) und trifft sich mit Freunden. Unkompliziert, gerne kochend und Zeit miteinander verbringend, ist Nicole ein schöner Teil unserer bunten WG!

Lilo (22):

Lilo ist der jüngste Neuzugang in unserer WG-Konstellation, denn sie ist ebenfalls im letzten Sommer eingezogen. Langsame und ruhige Morgenstunden lassen den Tag mit Lilo ausklingen. Leckere Mahlzeiten und lustige Küchengespräche folgen bald darauf. Lilo ist im Herzen ein Bücherwurm und studiert auch noch. Sie bringt eine Wärme und Sanftheit mit, die in unserem Leben sehr willkommen ist!

Jack (34):

Hallo, ich bin Jack, ich bin 34 Jahre alt und komme vom Land in England. Ich arbeite als Künstler hauptsächlich mit Tattoos. Ich koche gerne und habe viele Jahre in der Gastro-Szene in Berlin gearbeitet.

Lassen Sie uns wissen, ob Sie an der Wohnung interessiert sind und ein wenig über sich selbst und wie Sie sich das Zusammenleben vorstellen.
