Ich suche ab dem 01.12.2024 oder eventuell früher eine neue mitbewohenrin , mit der ich mein schönes Zuhause in Neukölln teilen kann .
Das Zimmer kostet 668€ plus 20€ , die die Hausverwaltung als Gebühr für die Anmeldung nimmt . Gerne teile ich das auch mit dir, sodass du am Ende bei 678€ landest :)
Als Kaution bitte ich um weniger als 3 Kaltmieten, insgesamt bleiben es aber leider 1500€.
Ein wenig zu deinem Zimmer: es ist super sonnig, lichtdurchflutet und hat einen Blick auf unseren kleinen Park vor der Tür. Du siehst also: Bäume und Himmel ! 🌳🌞 UND du hast direkten Zugang zum Balkon!
Ein wenig über mich: Ich bin Sophie (sie/er; 28 Jahre) und würde mich als sanfte, einfühlsame, sensible, spirituelle Person beschreiben.
Ich suche nach jemandem, der die menschliche und nicht-menschliche Welt wichtig ist, die selbstreflektiert, einfühlsam, authentisch, ehrlich und ordentlich ist und mit der ich auch auf freundschaftlicher Ebene zusammenleben kann. Wenn ich aber zuhause bin, würde ich mich über ein entspnntes Miteinander freuen, das uns beiden den Freiraum gibt, uns alleine oder zusammen zu entspannen, ab und zu zusammen zu kochen oder einen kaffee zu geniessen und, wenn uns danach ist, auch gerne gemeinsam etwas unternehmen! I am looking for a new roomie to share my lovely home in Neukoelln with me starting 01.12.2024, or potentially earlier .
The room is 668€ plus 20€ that the Hausverwaltung takes as a fee for your Anmeldung . Happy to share that also thkugh, so you end up with 678€. As a deposit I kindly ask for less than 3 cold rents which add up to about 1500€ .
A little about your room: it is super sunny, filled with light and a view over our small park in front of the door. So you see: trees and sky ! 🌳🌞 AND you have direct access to the balcony!
