Large room with shared balcony available in a 3-person WG. The balcony overlooks a main road, making it a pleasant spot for enjoying a coffee. The windows are fairly new, so there's minimal street noise when they're closed. More photos will be uploaded later today. I can also send a video upon request

Nur eine Minute vom S-Bahnhof Baumschulenweg entfernt. Von dort aus erreichen Sie die Bahnhöfe Ostkreuz, Neukölln oder Warschauer Straße innerhalb von 2-3 Stationen in verschiedene Richtungen. Die S9-Bahnlinie fährt auch direkt zum Flughafen. Die Gegend ist nach Berliner Maßstäben ruhig, aber alle Annehmlichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Wald ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt

Located one minute from Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station. From there, you can reach Ostkreuz, Neukölln, or Warschauer Straße train stations within 2-3 stops in different directions. The S9 train line also runs directly to the airport. The area is mellow by Berlin standards, but all amenities are within a 5-minute walk, and the forest is also only 5 minutes away
Jeder in der WG ist mit seinem eigenen Leben beschäftigt, aber freundlich und sagt gerne Hallo, wenn sich unsere Wege kreuzen. Einer meiner Mitbewohner hat einen ziemlich entspannten Hund, der die meiste Zeit bei ihm ist. Wir räumen nach uns selbst auf, bringen die Gemeinschaftsbereiche nach der Nutzung wieder in Ordnung und übernehmen einmal pro Woche abwechselnd eine andere Putzaufgabe. Die wöchentliche Putzaufgabe dauert 30-45 Minuten, je nachdem, welcher Bereich in dieser Woche deiner ist. Alles ist ziemlich entspannt und respektvoll

Everyone in the flat is busy with their own lives but friendly and happy to say hi when our paths cross. One of my housemates has a fairly chill dog who goes most places with them. We clean up after ourselves, reset the common spaces after use, and take turns with a different cleaning duty once a week. The weekly cleaning duty takes 30-45 minutes, depending on which area is yours for the week. Everything is fairly relaxed and respectful
