Wer wir sind:
Peter: Ein echter High Achiever. Er hat an der Berkeley studiert, besitzt einen Doktor in Wirtschaft und hat bereits für BMW und Amazon gearbeitet. Google wollte ihn einstellen, aber Microsoft zahlt einfach das Doppelte. Nach 20 Jahren in München sucht er die Offenheit und das pulsierende Leben Berlins.
Ich hingegen kenne Berlin schon seit 14 Jahren und bin trotz Zwischenstopps in Paris, Genf und München eine Wahlberlinerin! Mein Freundeskreis besteht aus diversen Kreativen. Von Pornodarstellen, Hollywood Cuttern, erfolgreichen Musikern, Fotografen bis Latex Designern ist alles dabei. Die Offenheit Berlins ist wirklich einzigartig. Ich selbst gehörte mit Anfang 20 zu der Gruppe von Künstlern, die die Gentrifizierung in Neukölln losgetreten haben. Damals wollte dort niemand wohnen. Nun bin ich aber auch älter und erwachsener und arbeite ich in für ein FinTech StartUp.
Wir stellen uns das WG-Leben als eine harmonische Gemeinschaft vor, in der jeder seinen eigenen Rückzugsort hat, aber es soll keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft sein. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns gegenseitig unterstützen und gemeinsam eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre schaffen. Gemeinsame Abende im Wohnzimmer, Koch- und Filmabende oder einfach ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche sollten Teil unseres Alltags sein. Wir schätzen Offenheit und Respekt und freuen uns auf ein harmonisches Miteinander, bei dem jeder sich wohl und zu Hause fühlt.

Who we are:
Peter: A true high achiever. He studied at Berkeley, holds a PhD in Economics, and has worked for BMW and Amazon. Google wanted to hire him, but Microsoft offered him double the salary. After 20 years in Munich, he's seeking the openness and vibrant life of Berlin.
My circle of friends consists of a diverse group of creatives. Among them are porn actors, Hollywood editors, successful musicians, photographers, and latex designers. Berlin's openness is truly unique. In my early 20s, I was part of the group of artists who kick-started the gentrification in Neukölln. Back then, no one wanted to live there. Now, however, I am older and more mature, and I work for a FinTech startup.
We envision the shared living experience as a harmonious community where everyone has their own retreat but it's not just a matter-of-fact arrangement. It’s important to us that we support each other and create a pleasant living environment together. Shared evenings in the living room, cooking and movie nights, or just a nice chat in the kitchen should be part of our daily life. We value openness and respect and look forward to a harmonious coexistence where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
