Normalerweise wohnen wir zu fünft plus Hündin Kiwi als WG; da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen in dem Zimmer wohne, wärt ihr dann nur zu viert. Das Reihenhaus erstreckt sich über vier Etagen:
Souterrain: Schlafbereich von Roven (they/them) und WG Co-Working Space
EG: offene Küche samt Wohnzimmer und Toilette sowie Zugang zum Garten
1. Stock: dein Zimmer, Lauras (sie/ihr) Zimmer, Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine sowie das Bad mit Duschwanne
2. Stock: Kais (er/ihm) Zimmer samt Dachterrasse.
Dein Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet durch die Fensterfront, die sich über die gesamte Länge zieht - es gibt aber sowohl helle als auch dunkle Vorhänge. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über einen liebevoll eingerichteten Balkon mit Sitzecke, Sonnenliege und Segel. Als Ausstattung stehen dir ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm, ein Sofa und eine Schrankhälfte zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist abschließbar.

Usually there are five of us sharing a flat plus our dog Kiwi; since I share the room with my boyfriend you’d only be four people though. The town house spreads over four floors:
basement: Roven’s (they/them) sleeping area and a co-working space for us and our neighbors
ground floor: open kitchen and living room area, a bathroom and entry to the garden
first floor: your room, Laura’s (she/her) room, bathroom with a shower tub and a utility room with a washing machine.
second floor: Kai’s (he/him) room plus a rooftop terrace
Your room is flooded with light due to the windows that cover the whole side of the room - there are light and dark curtains though. Additionally, you also have a long balcony furnished with a sitting area, a sunbed and a sun sail. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk with a screen, a couch and you can use half of the wardrobe. You can also lock the room.
Das Reihenhaus liegt gemütlich abgeschirmt in einem Kreuzberger Hinterhof um die Ecke vom Görlitzer Park und dem Maybachufer. Wir teilen uns den Garten mit unserer Nachbar-WG, mit denen wir gemeinsam die beiden Häuser bezogen haben. In der Reichenberger Straße gibt es viele tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Die nächsten Supermärkte (LIDL, Aldi, Edeka) befinden sich etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Bus ist 5 Minuten weg, bis zur U1/U3 (Schlesisches Tor) und zur U8 (Kottbusser Tor) sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.

The town house is located in a cozy backyard in Kreuzberg right around the corner of Görlitzer Park and Maybachufer (very popular hangout spots). We share our garden with our neighbors whom we moved in with since we’re all friends. The Reichenberger Straße is in our parallel street and offers great cafés, bars and restaurants.
The closest supermarkets are about a 15 minute walk (LIDL, Aldi, Edeka). The next bus stop is 5 minutes away. It’s a 15 minute walk to U1/U3 (Schlesisches Tor) and U8 (Kottbusser Tor).
In der WG geht es sehr lebhaft zu, da wir auch viel mit der 5er Nachbar-WG machen. Es ist aber auch für alle okay, wenn man eher seine Ruhe braucht. Unsere Hündin Kiwi ist extrem menschenlieb und wird gern gekrault. Wir essen alle vegan/vegetarisch und haben sogar zwei Kühlschränke sowie eine Kaffeemaschine.

I would describe the co-living as quite vivid since we are good friends with our neighbors who will spend time in our house and vice versa. But it’s also absolutely fine if you need your space. Our female dog Kiwi is super people-friendly and loves to be pet. We all eat vegan/vegetarian and own two fridges as well as a coffee machine.
