Das Zimmer ist frei für die Zeit vom 01.10.2024 - 31.01.2025. Kann auch für 3 Monate gemietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist groß mit Zugang zum Balkon. Es hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Kirchturm, auf der anderen Seite sieht man Bäume. Die Fenster haben Rollos. Die Fenster sind Bodenlang und auf beiden Seiten, dadurch ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Es gibt ein sehr bequemes, großes Bett und einen hochfahrbaren Schreibtisch mit Monitor und Dockingstation. Fernseher mit Fire TV Stick, Schallplattenspieler, Bücherschrank, Sofa.
Decken und Kissen, sowie Bettwäsche.
Ein Billy Regal, Nachtisch, sowie ein Kallax können gefüllt werden. Es gibt eine Kleiderständer zum aufhängen der Klamotten.
Die Wohnung hat einen Flur, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, indem die Waschmaschine steht. Weiterhin ist eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Air Fryer, Soda Stream, Senseo, Espressokocher, French Press vorhanden.
Es gibt ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, in dem ich wohne, wenn ich kurz da sein sollte. Tatsächlich wird das sehr wenig sein.

The room is available from 01.10.2024 to 30.01.2025 and can also be rented for shorter periods.
The room is spacious with access to the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the church tower on one side and trees on the other. The floor-length windows with blinds make the room bright and airy.
Furnished with a comfortable large bed, a height-adjustable desk with a monitor and docking station, a TV with a Fire TV Stick, a record player, a bookshelf, and a sofa. Bedding, blankets, and pillows are also provided. Additionally, there is a Billy shelf, nightstand, and a Kallax for storage. A clothes rack is available for hanging clothes.
The apartment includes a hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and a window + the washing machine. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Soda Stream, Senseo coffee machine, espresso maker, and French press.
There is another small room where I will stay if I happen to be there briefly, which will be very rare. There is no cellar.
There is the possibility to rent the room till End of March.
Die Lage ist gut. In 4 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Behaimstr., in 7 am Antonplatz.
Es gibt drei Trams. Die Ringbahn Greifswalder Str. ist mit Bus oder Tram schnell erreichbar. Man kann auch laufen in ca. 20 Minuten.
Man hat auch noch den Mirbachplatz und in 5 Minuten laufweite einen schönen kleinen Ententeich. In 10 Minuten den nächsten kleinen See und in 20 ist man am Weißen See.
Man ist in 15 Minuten am Alex mit der M4. In 10 Minuten im Pberg.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.
Es ist sehr nah gelegen am Antonplatz. Dort gibt es Imbisse, Geschäfte wie Denn`s, Bio Company, Edeka,... + Kino. Weiterhin sind sehr nah Aldi, Edeka, Getränke Hoffmann uvm.
Schöne Restaurants gibt es auch.

The location is great, situated away from the direct hustle and bustle of public transportation, making it a quiet area. The Behaimstr. stop is only a 4-minute walk away, offering access to two tram lines. The Greifswalder Str. Ringbahn can be easily reached by bus or tram, or by a 20-minute walk. Additionally, the Mirbachplatz and a charming small duck pond are within a 5-minute walk, with another small lake reachable in 10 minutes, and the Weißen See in 20 minutes.
The apartment is conveniently located, with the M4 tram reaching Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes and Prenzlauer Berg in 10 minutes.
There is also a bicycle storage room available.
Nearby, at Antonplatz, there are various dining options, snack bars, and shops such as Denn's, Bio Company, Edeka, as well as a cinema. Additionally, Aldi, Edeka, Getränke Hoffmann, and more are in close proximity. There are also lovely restaurants to explore in the area.
Ich werde für ein paar Monate verreisen und du hättest die Wohnung in dieser Zeit für dich alleine. Perfekt für einen Start in Berlin oder als Übergang.
Wäre toll, wenn du die Pflanzen alle 2 Wochen gießt.
Ich freue mich über gemeinsames Essen oder einen netten Abend. Ich komme Ende Januar zurück, möchte dann erneut verreisen.

Es gibt einen Aufzug, der ist allerdings klein. Gerade mal zwei Personen oder zwei Kisten passen rein. Davor sind drei Stufen zu überwinden.
