Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungs-Suchenden!
Für meine geliebte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im wunderschönen Florakiez suche ich jemanden dir/der diese mit mir teilen möchte.
Es gibt zwei große, helle Zimmer sowie ein kleines, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und das Zimmer auch. Von meinem Zimmer geht die große Dachterrasse ab, die du gerne jederzeit mitbenutzen kannst oder wo wir auch gerne auch mal gemütlich zusammen sitzen und/oder Freunde einladen können. Ich hatte hier schon die lustigsten und schönsten Abende.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und wenn du für kürzer oder auch etwas länger suchst, können wir drüber sprechen, ich kann da etwas flexibel sein :)

I'm looking for someone to share my beloved 3-room apartment in the beautiful Florakiez with me.
There are two large, bright rooms as well as a small, cozy living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The apartment and your room is fully furnished. The large roof terrace leads off my room, which you are welcome to use at any time or where we can sit together and/or invite friends. I've already had the funniest and most beautiful evenings here.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Florakiez von Pankow, an Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen fehlt es also nicht. S+U Pankow/ S Wollankstraße / Tram / Bus sind zwischen 1 und 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Nach P-Berg sind es über den schönen Baumblütenpfd und durch den Mauerpark ca. 15min mit Rad. Alle möglichen Supermärkte und Spätis sind direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the middle of the Florakiez district of Pankow, so there is no shortage of cafés, restaurants and pubs. S+U Pankow / S Wollankstraße / streetcar / bus are between 1 and 10 minutes walk away. To P-Berg it is about 15 minutes by bike via the beautiful Baumblütenfahrt and through the Mauerpark. All kinds of supermarkets and Spätis are just around the corner.
Ich bin sehr WG-erfahren (über 10 Jahre) und liebe diese Form des Zusammenlebens.
Für mich ist es wichtig, jemanden zu finden, die/der Lust auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben hat, wo jeder einen Rückzugsort hat und man bei Lust und Laune auch gerne mal zusammen sitzen/kochen/quatschen kann. Hauptsache es ist entspannt, jeder fühlt sich wohl und wir können auch Dinge ohne Drama besprechen, wenn irgendetwas mal nicht so läuft/funktoniert, wie man sich das vllt vorstellt. Ich bin viel in meiner Heimatstadt Berlin unterwegs, öfter mal in Hamburg, reise viel, bin aber auch gerne mal zuhause, koche ab und an und bin gerne kreativ und sportlich viel unterwegs. Ab und zu sitte ich einen Hund und habe auch mal Freunde auf der Schlafcouch zu Besuch, das sollte weiterhin möglich sein. Ich lebe gerne sauber, daher ist es mir wichtig, dass wir da eine unkomplitzierte Einigung finden. Putzplan/Putzkraft/zusammen putzen - das können wir regeln, wie es passt.

I am very experienced in shared flats (over 10 years) and love this way of living together.
For me, it's important to find someone who wants to live together in harmony, where everyone has a place to retreat to and you can sit/cook/chat together if you feel like it. The main thing is that it's relaxed, everyone feels comfortable and we can discuss things without drama if something doesn't work out the way we want it to. I spend a lot of time in my hometown of Berlin, often in Hamburg, travel a lot, but I also like to be at home, cook from time to time and enjoy being creative and doing sports. I occasionally house-sit a dog and sometimes have friends over on the sofa bed, which should still be possible. I like to live clean, so it is important to me that we find an uncomplicated agreement. Cleaning schedule/cleaner/cleaning together - we can arrange that as it suits us.
Du solltest mindestens 6 Monate einziehen wollen, wir gucken dann in diesem ersten halben Jahr zusammen, wie es so läuft und danach gilt eine Kündigungsfrist von zwei Monaten von beiden Seiten.
Wenn dich das anspricht und du Bock auf ein lustiges, harmonisches WG-Leben hast, schreib mir gerne kurz etwas über dich und dann lernen wir uns demnächst vielleicht bei einer WG-Besichtigung kurz kennen. :)

You should want to move in for at least 6 months, we'll see how it goes in the first six months together and after that there is a notice period of two months from both sides.
If this appeals to you and you're up for a fun, harmonious shared flat life, please write me a few words about yourself and then we might get to know each other at a flat-share viewing in the near future. :)
