Renting out my room in the vibrant Bergmannkiez. The room is spacious and quiet, located at the far end of the apartment next to the kitchen, ensuring peace and privacy. The morning sun gently wakes you up, providing a pleasant start to your day.
The room features a big bed, a sport area, a standing desk, ample storage space for clothing, and some plants to care for. You'll share a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with the other flatmates. You can move into the room with the basic & visible furniture in the pictures or without. But ofc I would prefer to hand it over.
Overall, the flat offers a beautiful 'Altbau' experience, with high ceilings and charming period features. However, the real gem is the neighborhood itself - Bergmannkiez is known for its cozy cafes, diverse restaurants, and lively atmosphere.
The flat is located in Bergmannkiez, an upscale and charming part of Kreuzberg. In summer, the whole area has an atmosphere reminiscent of Italy.
The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, not typically a party area. The streets are pleasantly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Delicious restaurants and nice bars are located all around.
