Wir suchen ab 1. November 2024 nach einem neuen Mitbewohner für ein helles, 25 qm großes Zimmer in einer schönen, 114 qm Altbauwohnung am Teutoburger Platz (Grenze Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, also beste Gegend). Denn leider zieht Sebastian aus. Die Miete kostet 540 Euro im Monat, inklusive Betriebs- und Heizkosten, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.
Im Zimmer ist ein Hochbett, es hat Parkettboden, ist ziemlich hoch und für die Gegend relativ ruhig. In der Küche kann man an einem großen Tisch sitzen, reden und essen, das Bad ist gefliest und hat ein Fenster. Last but not least steht ein lebensgroßes Kunststoffpferd im schönen Hinterhof ...
We are looking for a new flatmate from November 1th for a nice room with 25 qm in a beautiful flat (114 qm) in Prenzlauer Berg. The rent is per month 540 Euro, and is inclusive warmth, energy, gas, washing machine, refrigderator, dishwasher, WLAN-Flatrate.
The kitchen has a big table to eat and talk together. The room has a high bed inside. Last but not least we have a black plastic horse in our courtyard ;-)
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Der U-Bhf. Senefelderplatz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Tram ebenfalls. Supermarkt 300 m entfernt, Biomarkt auch. Ansonsten um die Ecke alles an urbanem Leben, was das Herz begehrt :-)
The flat is situated in a central, interesting but quiet area in Prenzlauer Berg, near U-Bhf. Senefelderplatz (2 min), Tram 2 min. Supermarket 300 Meters away, Bio-Market too. Around the corner all things for urban life you wish :-)

Wir suchen niemanden, der sich nur die Kosten für eine Wohnung in einer coolen Gegend teilen will, sondern jemanden, der sich wie wir bewusst für diese Wohnform entschieden hat und auch Bock hat, zumindest einen Teil seines Lebens mit uns zu teilen. Das heißt, der auch Lust auf Gespräche und gemeinsame Unternehmungen hat, auch wenn jeder außerdem seinen eigenen Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis hat. Nennen wir es eine andere Form von Familie.
Wir beide mögen das Berliner Clubleben mit Livekonzerten, mal Elektro, mal Rock, Punk und Pop, auch mal Klassik oder Theater und Ausstellungen, Katja liebt Kino und Brettspiele. Sport und gesunde Ernährung sind uns beiden wichtig, auch Outdooraktivitäten wie Radfahren, Wandern und Kajakfahren. Ben (40) ist Brite arbeitet als Coach, Katja (54) ist die Hauptmieterin, arbeitet als Journalistin und ist interessiert an politischen und gesellschaftlichen Themen.
Katja trainiert Ninjutsu, Ben joggt und macht Yoga. Wir unternehmen gern ab und an Dinge gemeinsam und kochen auch gern mal zusammen und reden über alles Mögliche.
We are a WG of professionals. Ben (40) is a body coach an from UK. Katja (54) is a journalist, the main tenant and interested in political an social issues.

We are looking for a flatmate, who not only lives in a shared flat because he wants to share the rent, but who is interested to share at least a part of his life with us.
We both like Berlin club life with live concerts, Ben more Elektro, Katja more rock, punk and pop, but also classical music, wie both like theater and exhibitions. Ben is working as a coach, Katja is the main tenant and a journalist. Ben is running and doing Yoga, Katja trains ninjutsu and likes bouldering. We both love outdooractivities like cycling, going by kajak and walking.
Ben likes to cook, Katja going to the cinema and board games.
