Hallo potenzieller neuer Mitbewohner
Ich suche für meine schöne Wohnung mitten in Berlin Friedrichshain einen neuen sympathischen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Ich selbst bin eine nette und sympathische Frau, die gerade 33 Jahre alt wurde. Ich arbeite selbständig als Grafikdesigner so wie Contentcreator. Ich verbringe deshalb viel Zeit am Computer in meinem Zimmer, oder bin auf Reisen, um meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit nachzukommen. Ich liebe es aber auch zu Kochen und würde mich über jemand freuen, der oder die gerne zusammen kocht, während man sich besser kennenlernen kann.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Berlin Friedrichshain, mit direktem Anschluss zum öffentlichen Verkehr (Tram 10, Haltestelle Strassmannstraße) so wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka) nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und freundlich. Zu bieten hat die Wohnung ein voll funktionsfähige Küche, die zur Mitbenutzung zu Verfügung steht. Auch ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Fussbodenheizung und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. WLAN ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden und steht zur Mitbenutzung bereit.
Dein Zimmer:
Das Zimmer liegt in der unteren Etage der Wohnung und ist voll möbliert, mit einem Sofa zum Ausklappen als Bett, einem Tisch so wie einem Fernseher und ein grosser Schrank der zur Mitbenutzung parat steht. Selbstverständlich kann man auch eigene Möbel mitbringen und sich das Zimmer neu einrichten.
Wenn du dich also dazu entschieden hast eventuell mein neuer Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin zu werden, dann schreibe mir doch direkt eine Nachricht hier auf der Seite oder direkt auf meine Mail-Adresse:
damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren können. Zeitlich geht mir fast jeder Tag und der Einzug kann schon am 30.09.2024 stattfinden.

Hello potential new roommate,
I am looking for a new friendly roommate for my lovely apartment in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain. I am a nice and friendly woman who just turned 33 years old. I work as a freelance graphic designer and content creator, so I spend a lot of time at the computer in my room or traveling for work. However, I also love cooking and would be happy to have someone who enjoys cooking together, which could be a great way to get to know each other better.
Apartment:
The apartment is located in the middle of Berlin Friedrichshain, with direct access to public transport (Tram 10, Strassmannstraße stop) and shopping options (Rewe, Edeka) just a 5-minute walk away. The area is very quiet and friendly. The apartment offers a fully functional kitchen that is available for shared use. There's also a bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is, of course, available and ready for shared use as well.
Your room:
The room is on the lower floor of the apartment and is fully furnished with a fold-out sofa bed, a table, a TV, and a large wardrobe for shared use. Of course, you're also welcome to bring your own furniture and set up the room however you'd like.
