Die Wohnung befindet sich in 4.OG, der nicht nur bei Treppe, sondern auch mit dem süßen alten Aufzug zu erreichen ist.
Nach den Eingangsbereich, wo man Schuhe usw abstellen kann, kommt einen kleinen aber feinen Bad mit Badewanne, und eine 9qm Distributionszimmer/Wohnzimmer. Davon kommt man zu der großen ausgestatteten Einbauküche, ein 18qm Zimmer, und ein 22qm Zimmer, wodurch man zum Balkon kann.
Dazu ist ein Lagerort, den ich als Musikstudio benutze (keine Sorge, ich hab Kopfhörer).
Wir haben ein Keller vorhanden und (ich denke, ich hab sie nie andauern benutzt, aber kann man benutzen) freie Parkplätze in Hinterhof.
Bisher wohne ich alleine, und brauch noch umräumen, sodass ein Zimmer komplett frei ist. Die Bilder sind nicht ganz aktuell, man kann aber alle Wohnungsbereiche - bis auf mein Zimmer - gut sehen. Außerdem kann man gern besuchen oder online einen Termin vereinbaren.
Im Zimmer ist Basic Möblierung auf jeden Fall vorhanden (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl...).
Gern an Studenten gemietet, da ich selber wieder in der Uni gehe.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, which can be reached not only by stairs, but also by the cute old elevator.
After the entrance area, where you can leave shoes etc., there is a small but nice bathroom with bathtub, and a 9m2 distribution room/living room. From there you get to the large, equipped kitchen, a 18m2 room, and a 22m2 room, which gives you access to the balcony.
There is also a storage area that I use as a music studio (don't worry, I have headphones).
We have a basement and (I've never used it regularly, but you can use it afaik) free parking spaces in the back yard.
I currently live alone and need to rearrange things so that one room is completely free. The pictures are not completely up to date, but you can see all the areas of the apartment - except for my room. You are also welcome to visit or make an appointment online.
The room definitely has basic furniture (bed, desk, chair...).
Happy to rent to students, as I'm going back to university myself.

Zentral aber ruhige Lage. Man hat mehrere Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, so wie verschiedene Sport und Kulturelle Aktivitätenangebote.
Man ist 3 Minuten lauf zum Bus, 7 zum Tram (Kriminalgericht Moabit), 10 zum U-Bahn (Birkenstr), und 13 Minuten zum Ring.

Ich bin ein junggebliebene/nicht konservative 40 Jahre Alt Mensch, mit weiblichen Teilchen und Erfahrungen.
Ich hab mehreres studiert und gelernt, alle Art Jobs gehabt, und jetzt möchte ich wieder in der Uni. Da Lebenskosten schwierig als Student in Einzelwohnung zu decken sind, miete ich jetzt ein Zimmer.
Ich hab mehrere Aktivitäten und Pläne, gehe aber dafür gern raus. In der Wohnung freue ich mich auf Ruhe und nach Hause kommen. Es ist kein Party-WG.
Ich freue mich auf selbstbewussten Menschen, die nicht zu unordentlich sind und Rücksicht von alleine nehmen wissen, aber, vor Allem, die sich auf eine offene respektvolle Kommunikation freuen. So kommen wir zusammen weiter, egal wo wir Sachen anders sehen.
Besondere Voraussetzungen (bitte nicht dafür schreiben, um Ausnahme nachzufragen):
- Ich esse Vegan, ich würde mich auf Leuten freuen, die ebenso Vegan oder zumindest Vegetarisch sich ernähren.
- Zigaretten rauchen ist nicht erwünscht, Joints geht überall (Ich halte es aber normalerweise bei mir in Zimmer). Natürlich geht es auch, wenn du gar nichts rauchst. :)

I am a young-at-heart/non-conservative 40-year-old person with feminine parts and experience.
I have studied and learned a lot, had all kinds of jobs, and now I want to go back to university. Since living costs are difficult to cover as a student in a single apartment, I am now renting a room.
I have a lot of activities and plans, but I like to go out for them. In the apartment I look forward to peace and quiet and coming home. It's not a party apartment.
I'm looking forward to meeting self-confident people who aren't too messy and who know how to be considerate, but above all, who look forward to open, respectful communication. That way we can move forward together, no matter where we see things differently.
Special requirements (pls don't write asking for exceptions):
- I eat vegan, so I would be happy to live with people who also eat vegan or at least vegetarian.
- Smoking cigarettes is not permitted, but joints are allowed everywhere (I keep it in my room though). Of course, you may just not smoke anything. :)
Ich bin ein Mensch mit viele Interessen und noch mehr Fragen. Ich mag alles lernen. Ich hab mal Studiert, mal Ausbildung gemacht, und dann noch bin ich Yoga Lehrer, Künstler, Performer, Musiker, Manager, alles Macher :) Ich freue mich darauf, Gleichgesinnte kennenzulernen, die sich auch gerne über ihr Wissen und ihre Ansichten austauschen.
Allerdings brauche ich öfters mich zurückzuziehen und ganz viel Zeit allein zu sein.
Außerdem Small-talk ist nicht meins, und ich finde es muss kein Druck geben, sich kennenzulernen oder befreundet zu werden. Ich bevorzuge ehrliche, offene Kommunikation und ggf. organische Beziehungsbau; oder dann ruhig akzeptieren, es passt vllt nicht und Freundschaft musst nicht sein.
Dafür ist ein Zweck-Wg zwar nicht unbedingt mein Ziel, aber doch auch gut willkommen.
Selbstbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, ggf. miteinander zusammen Lösungen zu suchen, liegen mir mindestens genauso am Herzen wie deinen sympathischen Umgang.
Vertrag ist erst auf ein Semester begrenzt als Probezeit für uns beide.

I am a person with many interests and even more questions. I like to learn everything. I have studied, done an apprenticeship, and I am also a yoga teacher, artist, performer, musician, manager, everything-doer :) I am looking forward to meeting similar people, who also like to exchange points of view about what we what we know and think.
However, I often need to withdraw and spend a lot of time alone.
Small talk is not really my thing, and I don't think there needs to be any pressure to get to know each other or become friends.
I prefer honest, open communication and, if it comes to that, building relationships organically; or just accepting that it might not work and friendship is not in the cards.
In that way, a convenience-flat is not necessarily my goal, but it is still very welcome.
Self-awareness and the willingness to find solutions together if necessary, are at least as important to me as your friendly approach.
The offer is only limited to one semester as a trial period for both of us.
