Du/Ihr hättet die Wohnung für diese Zeit alleine. Nachbar und Vermieter wissen Bescheid. Keine Partys. Keine Wochenendübernachtungen anderer Freunde, wenn mehr als 1 weitere Person) möglich wegen Nachbarschafts-Lärmschutz.
Die Wohnung soll getauscht werden, solange darf sie untervermietet werden, wenn Nachbarn nicht gestört werden.
Ausstattung: Regale, Betten mit Matratzen, Spiegel, Schreibtische, TV-Bank, kleines Regal. Stühle, wie Fotos. Fahrstuhl. Schöne Lage. WLAN: 1000 mbit/s.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Topf, Pfanne, Kühlschrank, Mikro, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Decken, Kissen bei Bedarf vorhanden.
Die Nachbarn sind leise. Vor dem Haus fährt und hält die Tram M1 und M12.

You would have the apartment to yourself for this time. Neighbors and landlords know about it. No parties. No weekend overnight stays by other friends (if more than 1 other person) possible due to neighborhood noise protection.
The apartment is to be swapped, but can be sublet as long as neighbors are not disturbed.
Equipment: shelves, beds with mattresses, mirrors, desks, TV bench, small shelf. Chairs, like photos. Elevator. Nice location. WiFi: 1000 mbit/s.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine.
Towels, bed linen, blankets, pillows available if required.
The neighbors are quiet. The M1 and M12 trams stop and run in front of the house.
May be extended for 1-2 months or longer.
The apartment will probably be swapped after 3-6 months: interested parties can view the apartment with me as the main tenant at agreed dates: approx. once a month. (Appointments are agreed together approx. 2 days in advance, for example)
Postal delivery possible, registration not required.
For one person: 1 large room. (2nd room only storage space)

Kastanien-Kiez: Attractive nightlife area, Near Zionskirche, U-Bahn lines U2 and U8. M1, M12. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, Rewe, and Edeka within walking distance. 5 minutes away from Weinberg Park, Arkona Park, and a 15-minute walk to Mauerpark or Alexanderplatz.

Kastanien-Kiez: Viele Restaurant, Schönes Viertel, tagsüber und nachts. Comicläden, Tanztheater, alles da. Tramlinien M1/M12 vor der Tür und die U-Bahnlinie U2, U8 in 5 min. Mitten im Kiez: Viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, Rewe, Edeka 5min entfernt. Nahe Weinberg-Park, Arkona Park, 15 min zu Fuß zum Mauerpark oder Alex.
Nutzung von 1-2 Zimmer einer unbewohnten Wohnung, im Mietvertrag als WG, da ich ein Zimmer selbst als Abstellraum habe. Es kann eine Person darin alleine wohnen, s. Mietpreis, oder 2 Personen. Es ist also keine typische WG, sondern zeitlich begrenzter Wohnraum für 1 Paar, 2 Freunde, die in Berlin sind, um z. B. zu arbeiten, da hier die Wohnung nicht für Parties geeignet ist.
