The flat is on the fifth floor but there is a lift available =)

There are five bedrooms and two balconies.
The room faces the Maybachufer Turkish Market and the Landwehrkanal .
You will experience the life of the market, but never ambulances and rarely police sirens.
Inside the room is a good desk suitable for working.
Next to your room is a living room.
*Personal and clothing items will be removed to give you space.
The rent is 480€ including all costs, i.e. warm.
A security deposit of 480€ is required before moving in.

Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Schreibtisch, der sich gut zum Arbeiten eignet.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 480€ inklusive aller Kosten, d.h. warm.
Vor dem Einzug ist eine Kaution von 480 € zu hinterlegen
Excellent location, underground station Schönleinstrasse is 5/7 minutes away walking (U8)
Kottbusser Tor underground station (U1, U3, U8) is less than 10 minutes' walk away ;-)
There is a market right on the doorstep several times a week. Tuesday/Friday. With craft market on saturdays and the famous NowKölln market just down the street at Hobrechtbrücke.

U-Bahnstation Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar ;-)
Direkt vor der Haustür findet mehrmals die Woche ein Markt statt.
Dienstags und Freitags Obst- und Gemüse Markt. Samstag Kunstmarkt (Teppiche, etc...)
