Hallo! Ich vermiete mein schönes großes Zimmer für den Winter, 28. November - 15. März. Das Enddatum ist im Moment noch etwas flexibel. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist sehr ruhig zum Arbeiten. Ist voll möbliert, mit Schreibtisch und großem Bildschirm, Balkon, viele Pflanzen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Schöne Wintermorgensonne (Südostlage). Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Würde mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt werden.
Verfügbar zwischen 28. November 2024 - 15. März 2025. €650 pro Monat der Miete. Zwischenzeitliche Termine sind auch möglich. Kaution €300 zurück bei sauberer und unbeschädigter Wohnung. Die Kosten beinhalten die Miete, die Nutzung des Internets und anderer Haushaltseinrichtungen.

Hello! Renting my beautiful large room for winter, November 28th - March 15th. I'm going home to Australia. End date is a little flexible at the moment. Room faces the Hinterhof and is very quiet for working. Is fully furnished, includes study desk and large computer screen, balcony, lots of plants. Linen and towels provided. Nice morning winter sun (south east facing). Furnished apartment and with large shared kitchen and lounge space. Washing machine and coffee machine. Would be shared with a female flatmate.
Available between November 28th 2024 - March 15th 2025. €650 is per month of rental. Interim dates also possible. Deposit €300 returned upon clean undamaged apartment. Cost includes rent use of internet and other household facilities.

Du würdest die meiste Zeit mit meiner Mitbewohnerin leben, sie ist Elektroingenieurin und arbeitet von zu Hause aus. Sie ist sehr nett! Sie spielt Volleyball, bouldern und klettern und mag zu malen, Puzzles und Tanzen. Sie zieht ebenfalls zwischen Mitte Dezember und Ende Januar aus, da ihr Zimmer von einer anderen Frau untervermietet wird.
Es gibt eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, das die beiden Zimmer voneinander trennt, so dass sich Ihr eigenes Zimmer sehr privat anfühlt. Gemeinsames Bad. Im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung ruhig für die Arbeit während des Tages und hat ein schönes Gemeinschaftsgefühl mit der gemeinsamen Küche Raum :)

You would be be living with my flatmate majority of the time, she an electrical engineer who works from home. She is very lovely! She plays volleyball, boulders and climbs and likes to paint, puzzles and dancing. She is also leaving between mid December through to end of January, where there is another female sublet taking her room.
There is a large kitchen and lounge space that separates the two rooms, so your own room feels very private. Shared bathroom. In general the flat is quiet for working during the day and has a nice communal feel with the shared kitchen space :)
