ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit eingebauter hüfthoher Ebene für das Bett und extra (Stau)Raum wird in unserer WG zum 1.1.25 frei. Das Zimmer hat typisch für Altbau 3 Meter hohe Decken und Laminatboden. Das Zimmer geht zu einer ruhigen und sonnigen Seitenstraße. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

a nice, bright room with a built-in waist-high level for the bed and extra (storage) space will be available in our shared flat on 1.1.25. The room has 3-meter ceilings and laminate flooring, typical for old buildings. The room faces a quiet and sunny side street. Registration is possible.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht augestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es Spätis, ein paar Kneipen, einen Gemüseladen und 10 min entfernt einen Lidl und Rewe. Einige Gehminuten entfernt ist die nächste Bushaltestelle und in 10 min bist du schon an der Hermannstr. Station. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nicht weit weg.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located on a quiet side street. There are Spätis, a few pubs, a greengrocer, and a Lidl and Rewe just 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk away and in 10 minutes you are already at Hermannstr. station. Tempelhofer Feld is also not far away.
Die WG in der jetzigen Form hat sich erst im Oktober diesen Jahres zusammengefunden, daher ist das Zusammenleben noch ziemlich frisch :)
In der WG sind alle berufstätig und deswegen öftersmal out of town, daher läuft es unter der Woche entspannt und ruhig ab, am Wochenende kann man gerne was zusammen machen und ausgehen. Wir legen großen Wert auf Respekt, Rücksichtnahme und Kommunikation sowie Sauberkeit, um das Zusammenleben so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Wir, das sind: Yasmine (Redakteurin und MA-Studentin), Pablo ("Polo", Dataanalyst) und Olga (Kommunikation Kunst- und Kulturbereich), und sind viel unterwegs, aber finden immer Gelegenheit zur gemeinsamen quality time. In der Wohnung wohnen auch 2 Katzendamen.

The flat share in its current form only came together in October this year, so living together is still pretty new :)
Everyone in the flat shares work and is therefore often out of town, so things are relaxed and quiet during the week, but at the weekend we like to do things together and go out. We attach great importance to respect, consideration, communication, and cleanliness to make living together as pleasant as possible.
We are: Yasmine (editor and MA student), Pablo (“Polo”, data analyst), and Olga (communications in arts and culture), and on the road a lot, but always find opportunities for quality time together. There are also 2 female cats living in the apartment.
