-Eigenes Bad für mehr Privatsphäre
-Möbliert: Bett (inkl. Matratze), Schrank und Schreibtisch
-Gemeinsame Küche auf der Etage, die mit 9 weiteren Studenten geteilt wird
-Nur für eingeschriebene Studierende
-All-inclusive Miete (inkl. WLAN, eigener Router erforderlich)
-Waschmöglichkeiten im Wohnheim (mit Mensa/Campus Card)

I am looking for a reliable student to sublet my room for 4 months. An official sublease contract will be signed, so this offer is only available for students who are either already registered with the Studierendenwerk Berlin or are willing to apply.
Room Details:
-Maisonette apartment, split across two levels (Similar to picture below, NOT SAME FURNITURE)
-Private bathroom
-Furnished with a bed (including mattress), wardrobe, and desk
-Shared kitchen on the floor, shared with 9 other students
-Only for enrolled students
-All-inclusive rent (WLAN included, but you’ll need your own router)
-Laundry facilities available in the dormitory (with Mensa/Campus Card)
