The flat is in Mitte (postal code 10178), in an extremely central area of Berlin. Alexanderplatz, Museuminsel, Unter den Linden and all popular tourists attractions are within walking distance. There is a U2 and U5 U-Bahn station in the vicinity. Multiple bus stops outside the door taking you everywhere in the city. You can not find a more central area of Berlin.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. This is the larger of the two bedrooms. It is in a separate area of the flat and has a double-sized bed, couch, full-length mirror, mini fridge, TV, dresser and clothes hanger. You have full privacy in this flat.

You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with one other person.

No pets, sorry!

If you're allergic to cats, this is also not the place for you. I have a cat living with me most of the year, so while he will not be there during your stay, his cat dander will still trigger allergies.

The price is €850 warm per month with a €500 deposit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mitte (Postleitzahl 10178), in einer extrem zentralen Gegend von Berlin. Alexanderplatz, Museumsinsel, Unter den Linden und alle bekannten Touristenattraktionen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es U2- und U5-U-Bahnstationen. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür und bringen dich überall in der Stadt hin. Eine zentralere Gegend in Berlin gibt es nicht.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst. Das ist das größere der beiden Schlafzimmer. Es liegt in einem separaten Bereich der Wohnung und hat ein Doppelbett, ein Sofa, einen Ganzkörperspiegel, einen Mini-Kühlschrank, einen Fernseher, eine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange. Du hast volle Privatsphäre in der Wohnung.

Du teilst dir das Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit einer weiteren Person.

Wenn du gegen Katzen allergisch bist, ist das leider auch nichts für dich. Ich habe den Großteil des Jahres eine Katze bei mir, und auch wenn sie während deines Aufenthalts nicht da ist, könnte der Katzenhautschuppen Allergien auslösen.

Der Preis beträgt 850€ warmmeite pro Monat mit 500€ Kaution.
