WG-Zimmer in Traumlage zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und Schillerkiez ( mit Verlängerungsoption )

Die WG liegt mitten in Neukölln, nur einen Steinwurf vom Schillerkiez und direkt beim Tempelhofer Feld. Hier findest du alles, was du brauchst: zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Friseure, Spätis, Bars, Restaurants, Dönerbuden und Imbisse – es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist lebendig und vielfältig, geprägt von jungen Leuten, Familien und einem Mix aus alt und neu. Neukölln hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark verändert und bietet inzwischen eine spannende Mischung aus Urbanität und Gemütlichkeit.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top: U-Bahn, Busse und sogar das Fahrrad bringen dich schnell überall hin. Und das Tempelhofer Feld vor der Tür ist perfekt zum Entspannen, Sport machen oder einfach Sonne tanken.





The shared apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, just a stone's throw from Schillerkiez and right next to Tempelhofer Feld. Here you'll find everything you need: numerous shopping options, hairdressers, late-night shops, bars, restaurants, döner stalls, and snack bars—there's something for everyone's taste. The area is lively and diverse, populated by young people, families, and a mix of old and new. Neukölln has changed significantly in recent years and now offers an exciting blend of urbanity and coziness.

The transport links are excellent: the subway, buses, and even bicycles can get you anywhere quickly. Plus, Tempelhofer Feld right outside is perfect for relaxing, exercising, or simply soaking up the sun.

Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Ein gutes Zusammenleben ist mir wichtig – dabei hat aber jeder auch genug Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht. Leider gibt’s kein Wohnzimmer, deshalb biete ich mein Zimmer gern als gemeinsamen Raum an, wo wir chillen, quatschen oder einfach mal bei nem Bierchen zusammen abhängen können. Besuch ist völlig okay und öfter mal da, aber natürlich alles in einem entspannten Rahmen.

Ich freue mich auf coole WG-Aktivitäten wie mal feiern gehen, Ausflüge machen, gemeinsam was trinken oder essen, ins Kino oder ins Gym – ich bin selbst ab und an im John Reed am Kotti. Spontan was unternehmen ist auch immer nice. Pluspunkte wenn du Musik machst oder kreativ bist (Film, Fotografie, Social Media, etc.)!

Feiern gehen ist natürlich auch cool – Berlin halt –, aber unter der Woche sollte eher der Alltag im Vordergrund stehen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig. In der letzten WG war das ein Thema, daher schlage ich vor, entweder einen vernünftigen Haushaltsplan zu machen oder vielleicht eine Reinigungskraft zu organisieren.

Zusammengefasst geht’s hier locker&entspannt zu! Ich lege Wert auf Respekt, Offenheit und gute Kommunikation. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum, aber auch Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.

Zu mir: Ich steh auf Hip-Hop (egal ob alt oder neu) und liebe allgemein Musik. Gute Filme, Fußball (BVB und Real Madrid), Festivals, Mode, Fotografie, gute Gespräche und schlechten Humor sind auch meine Welt. Und wenn das Geld reicht, bin ich gerne auf Reisen! Oh, und ich bin Juraersti :)





We are definitely not a functional shared apartment. A good coexistence is important to me—everyone also has enough space to retreat when they need some time for themselves. Unfortunately, there’s no living room, so I’m happy to offer my room as a common space where we can chill, chat, or just hang out together over a beer. Visitors are completely fine and often welcome, but of course, everything should be within a relaxed framework.

I’m looking forward to cool shared apartment activities like going out to party, taking trips, having drinks or meals together, going to the cinema, or hitting the gym—I’m at John Reed at Kotti every now and then. It’s always nice to do something spontaneous. Bonus points if you make music or are creative (film, photography, social media, etc.)!

Going out to party is great, of course—it's Berlin after all—but during the week, everyday life should take precedence. Order and cleanliness are important to me. This was a topic in my last shared apartment, so I suggest either making a reasonable household plan or perhaps organizing a cleaner.

Here, it's all about being laid-back and relaxed! I value respect, openness, and good communication. Everyone has their own space, but there's also room for shared activities.

A bit about me: I’m into hip-hop (whether old or new) and love music in general. I also enjoy good movies, football (BVB and Real Madrid), festivals, fashion, photography, good conversations, and bad humor. And if the budget allows, I love to travel! Oh, and I’m a first-year law student :)
