Hi! I'm renting my beautiful furnished room for three months (Dec 1 to March 1). I'm somewhat flexible with move in and move out dates. The flat is a huge, beautiful Alt-bau, full of plants and cozy places to chill.
The room and flat comes fully furnished, with comfy spaces and projector to watch movies with your friends, as well as a sitting and standing desk to work on, if you need to get some work done.
The kitchen has everything you would need to make a feast, including pasta machine, taco press, microwave, oven, blender, etc!
The bedroom is quite huge, at 22qm, as is the shared living room which is about the same size, and both have gigantic couches in them.
The vibe of the WG is warm, you can have privacy whenever you want, but you can also expect some spontaneous meals, movies, jogs and hang outs.

The bedroom to rent is the one with the guitars in it.
775euros is my actual rent (600 cold + 175 for utilities and wifi), so I promise I'm not trying to make money off of anyone :)

The location is echt supidupi...
There are two places with saunas within 5 minutes walk. Pizza Prima is only 2 minutes away which will sell you a mediocre pizza for 4.50€.
Humana is 1 minute away if you want to refresh your wardrobe .
Ficken3000 is 7 minutes away by foot, but only 2 minutes if you drive, in case you need to fulfil your needs.
The Sri Ganesha temple is also 7 minutes away if thats more your vibe. and You can go to Hamy on the way there, to get really tasty cheap vietnamese food.
30 seconds walk to Hermannplatz U7/U8, which are both. 7 mins train ride to the Ring 41/42.
8mins bike ride to tempelhofer feld or the Kanal
nearest grocery store 2 mins walk
There are 2 bedrooms in the flat. The other is occupied by Vittoria. She is mainly passionate about cats, crocheting crop tops and taking 9 hour baths. She eats only peanut butter straight from the jar, whether she bought it or not and she often disappears for weeks at a time, to cross some remote mountain range on her bicycle.
