Hallo Liebe Berliner*innen in spe, Wohnungsmarktgeplagten und WG-Aficionadas.
Da ich im Januar und Februar 2025 nicht in Berlin sein werde, biete ich mein Zimmer in meiner geliebten WG zwischen Kottbusser Tor und Moritzplatz zur Untermiete an.
Zunächst zum Preis, das Zimmer kostet leider wirklich so viel, da Profithaie den Hals nicht voll bekommen. Der Mietpreis wird aber selbstverständlich 1:1 weitergegeben, denn Ausbeutung finden wir scheiße.
Das Zimmer ist dafür aber auch 29qm groß, möbliert, und die Wohnung hat zusätzlich noch ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Flure, zwei Bäder, 4m hohe Decken und drei tolle Mitbewohner.
Meine drei Mitbewohner kenne ich schon lange und sind gemeinsam mit der Wohnung der perfekte Safe Space, um die kollektive Winterdepression Berlins zu vergessen. Der Anspruch der WG ist auf jeden Fall das Zusammenwohnen gemeinsam zu gestalten, aber unter den Grundsätzen: Jeder nach seinen Fähigkeiten und jedem nach seinen Bedürfnissen - egal ob ihr dem berliner Hedonismus frönt, produktiv sein müsst, euch organisieren wollt oder gerne zu Hause bastelt.
obvs. lehnen wir jegliche Form von xenophopie ab.

Hello dear new-Berliners, housing market plagued and WG aficionado.
Since I will not be in Berlin in January and February 2025, I am offering my room in my beloved shared flat between Kottbusser Tor and Moritzplatz for sublet.
First of all the price: unfortunately the room really costs that much, because profit sharks can't get their fill. The rent will of course be passed on 1:1, because we think exploitation sucks.
But the room is also 29 square meters, furnished, and the apartment also has a living room, two corridors, two bathrooms, 4m high ceilings and three great flatmates. I've known my three flatmates for a long time and, together with the apartment, they are the perfect safe space to forget about Berlin's collective depression. The aim of the shared flat is definitely to live together, but according to the principles: To each according to their abilities and to each according to their needs - whether you indulge in Berlin hedonism, need to be productive, want to organize yourselves or like to tinker at home.
