It is a small room but in a nicely built new apartment building. Currently the stove is broken, but that should be fixed soon. In the meantime we have bought our own

!!! I am moving out of this room on the 15th of january. After that it becomes vacant, I could put you forward to the landlord to take over the room permanently if you are interested.

The apartment is located nicely between the Hermannplatz and Boddinstr. U bahn stations. You are close to a bunch of really nice areas to go out to bars and wonderful restaurants in Reuterkiez or Schillerkiez. Around the corner are Tempelhof and Hasenheide if you want to spend some time in the park.

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other people. A girl from Ireland, and 2 guys. One from Spain and one from Canada. They all have varying occupations, both working and studying. However, 2 of them will also be moving out soon, so it might be a bit quiet for a little bit.

I am moving out of this room on the 15th of january. After that it becomes vacant, I could put you forward to the landlord to take over the room permanently if you are interested. The sooner I recommend you the higher the likelyhood of you being able to get the place, so let me know asap if you would like to go for it.
