Looking for someone who is not always in Berlin and needs to have a place to stay for 1-2-3 nights a week or so. Or someone who goes out every day and does not work from home.
Ideally Jan-Apr for 4 months and if we are great flatmates - then extend.
The flat is not that big, therefore a proper flatshare is not convenient (meaning if you want to be in Berlin all the time, it might be hard to share the flat).
Therefore the price is low - and also subject to negotiation depending on your situation.
The room has a bed, bed table, lamp, commode, mirror, chair, clothes hanger.
The kitchen has necessary appliances. You won't need to bring the furniture.
Looking for someone who is:
clean & quiet; the rest we can respect each others' space and talk things over

The flat can be available from 6 Dec 2024 for as long as you want (as long as we get along).

I live in this flat and looking for another flat. If I find anything else, happy to rent out the whole flat.
Note: this is an old building and the flat upstairs has children and if you are sound intolerant, this might not be a good place for you!
