Ich vermiete ab 01.12.24 einen eleganten Souterrain-Wohnbereich in einer begehrten und sehr ruhigen Gegend von Westend, Berlin. Das 29 qm große Hauptzimmer bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort und ist mit direktem Ausgang zum kleinen Garten (60qm). Es gibt keinen Lärm durch Straßen.
Zu dem großen Zimmer gehört noch ein Flur mit 2 großen Doppeltür-Schränken (1x mit Böden, 1x mit Böden und Kleiderstange), es Bedarf also keinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Somit ist der Platz absolut ausreichend, um dein Zimmer ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen einzurichten. Alles was du auf den Fotos siehst steht dir zur Verfügung, muss aber nicht genutzt werden. (ausgenommen Schreibtisch)

Lage: Souterrain, mit eigenem Eingang und separatem Flur für Privatsphäre. Lichtverhältnisse sind Souterrain entsprechend. Sonne kann selbstverständlich immer im Garten getankt werden, da gibt es reichlich, wenn sie scheint.
Ausstattung: Möbel und smartes Heizsystem
Geteilter Raum: Auf der Etage, befindet sich ein weiteres kleines geteiltes Zimmer mit einem side-by-side Kühlschrank zur Mitbenutzung.
Bad: Ein eigenes, komfortables Bad mit großer Dusche und unserer Waschmaschine.
Küche: Eine gut ausgestattete Küche steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, mit einer Menge Geräten wie Food Processor, Slow-Juicer usw. Um bestmöglich zu gewähren leidenschaftlich kochen und gesund leben zu können.
Sportequipment: Es gibt hochwertiges Home Gym Equipment um zu trainieren, was ich gerne teile.
Stauraum: Für Getränke, Lebensmittel und weiteres gibt es Stauraum in dem geteilten Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Für größere Gegenstände hast du auch noch Raum in meiner Garage.
Jegliche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind natürlich optional und können von dir durch deine Möbel ersetzt werden.

Storage: For drinks, food, and other items, there is storage space in the shared room with the refrigerator. For larger items, there is also room in my garage.

Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft und das Zimmer ist zum Garten somit sehr idyllisch. Direkte Anbindung durch den M45 in 3 Geh-Minuten (Kirschenallee) und durch die U2 in 7 Geh-Minuten (Neu Westend). Ausgiebige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Drogerieartikel sind auch gegeben.
In 15 Geh-Minuten ist man im Grunewald, dem größten Städtewald Europas in dem man wunderschöne Spaziergänge machen kann und für kurze Spaziergänge ist der Ruhwaldpark in 7 Minuten zu erreichen.

Ich heiße Max, bin 32 und arbeite als Unternehmensberater. Nebenbei baue ich mir langsam eine Selbstständigkeit auf und verbringe viel Zeit mit Sport, Kochen und meinem Hund. Interessen: Musik, Muay Thai / Jiu Jitsu / MMA, Hunde, Psychologie, Natur.
