The 18m2 room is in the backyard, so it's pretty quiet. The room is furnished with some personal belongings that could be removed if needed. The monthly rent is 580€. Usually we make a rental agreement for one months from the start of January till the end of January, a short extension may be possible.

You'll be living with Spyros and Tamaris. We are a couple, but bear with us – we are fun anyway. Spyros is the best bartender in town, loves good parties and video games, while hating spiders and getting his socks wet.
Tamaris has been working as a freelance writer, but currently doing gastronomy as well. She is struggling with grumpy mornings and loves to make music – you might hear some bird sounds or creepy voices from the room now and then. We both enjoy having friends or neighbors over for food and drinks, our house is a place to gather as well as a space to rest and indulge in the Berlin winter depression. As for the organization of the flat, we like the shared spaces clean and tidy. There's a weekly cleaning schedule that makes all our lives easier.
