I m subletting my living room for 2 months (05 February - 31 March), as I need to travel abroad for my research. My partner is living in the other room of the flat and he is a freelance English teacher. The room I offer has a beautiful couch that can be used as a bed, some of my favorite books (mostly in English), a working desk, a dinner table and a high wall closet to be used for clothes. If needed, I can provide an additional clothes rack & hangers. There is a bathroom with tub and a separate room with a toilet, which I decorated in a Berlin queer leftist style :) The kitchen is spacious and bright.
To reach the building you just need to walk 5 minutes from the Ubahn station U7 Jakob Kaiser Platz.
IMPORTANT:
- rent for the entire period - 500 Euro (250Euro/month)
- deposit: 200 Euro
- As this is a temporary sublet, I cannot offer an Anmeldung.
- if you smoke, I kindly ask you to this on the balcony - we do not smoke inside the flat.

* 15 minutes by bus to Kaufland, DM, Rewe, Lidl, Saturn etc.
