Das Zimmer wird ab Ende Januar frei. Wir sind zwei Mädels, also wären wir insgesamt zu dritt in der WG. Die Wohnung ist eine große 4-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Ku’damm mit Garten, Wohnzimmer und zwei Bädern. Gemeinsam unternehmen wir nicht allzu viel, da wir alle sehr aktiv sind. Trotzdem würden wir uns freuen, auch mal einen Abend zusammen zu verbringen.
Wichtige Infos:
• Miete: 625€ pro Monat.
• Kaution: 1000€.
• Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
• Keine Partys oder übermäßiger Lärm, da wir nicht offiziell gemeldet sind und niemanden stören möchten. Kleine Get-togethers sind natürlich in Ordnung.
• Im Garten können wir mit mehreren Leuten bis ca. 22 Uhr sein, um die Nachbarn nicht zu belästigen.

Room Advertisement
The room will be available from the end of January. We are two girls, so in total, we would be three people in the flat. It’s a spacious 4-room apartment right at Ku’damm, featuring a garden, living room, and two bathrooms. We don’t spend too much time together as we all have busy schedules. However, we would still love to have an occasional evening together.
Important Information:
• Rent: 625€ per month.
• Deposit: 1000€.
• Registration is unfortunately not possible.
• No parties or excessive noise, as we are not officially registered and don’t want to disturb anyone. Small get-togethers are, of course, fine.
• We can be in the garden until around 10 PM if we have people over, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
