Funktionale WG - Neue Mitbewohner*in gesucht - März-Okt 🌻💜

Wir sind eine funktionale FLINTA-Wohngemeinschaft mit 5 (manchmal 6) Mitbewohner*innen. Da eine von uns auszieht, sind wir offen für ein neues Gesicht ✨.
Funktionales Wohnen heißt: Wir teilen uns einen gemeinsamen Wohnraum, den wir nach Funktionen aufteilen - statt nach Personen. Es gibt also keine Einzelzimmer, sondern es ist eine gemeinschaftliche Form des Zusammenlebens. Wir haben ein Schlafzimmer mit 5 persönlichen Betten und einem Gästebett, einen schönen Tanzraum, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Rückzugsraum (zum Alleinsein oder mit anderen) und zwei Bäder (eines mit Badewanne).
Funktionales Wohnen lebt vom Teilen - von inneren und äußeren Räumen, von Gegenständen, Zeit und ehrlicher, einfühlsamer Kommunikation.
Es gibt auch genug Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen und Zeit für sich selbst zu haben :)
Wir teilen unser Essen und unsere Lebensmittel, alle haben einen eigenen Bereich für ihre Kleidung usw. - und es gibt gemeinsame Regale - du musst also nicht alles teilen (entgegen einiger Vorurteile über funktionales Wohnen) ;)
Wir machen jede Woche ein WG-Plenum, um zu besprechen, was in unserem Leben vor sich geht und was wir brauchen, um das Leben hier zu genießen.
Die Miete beträgt ca. 330€ pro Monat, es sind 130qm, die du nutzen kannst! Wir sind im schönen Moabit, zwischen S. Beusselstr. und U. Birkenstr. (es ist ruhig & süß hier im Kiez).
Im Moment sprechen wir alle Deutsch, aber wir sind auch fein damit, auf Englisch umzusteigen, was wir auch schon getan haben.
Zu unserer Positionierung: einige von uns sind cis, andere trans*/nicht-binär, wir sind überwiegend weiß, wir sind zwischen 23 und 27 Jahre alt. Viele von uns sind queer, und wir wünschen uns entweder Queers oder Leute, die sensibel für queere und trans Themen sind, sowie eine antirassistische und antifaschistische Haltung haben :)
Wir versuchen, ein sicherer Ort zu sein, aber das können wir leider nicht garantieren.
zur Barrierefreiheit: die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, es gibt eine Stufe davor.

Wir freuen uns auf offenherzige FLINTAs, die mit uns leben wollen, sich austauschen, tanzen (wir haben ca. 2x im Monat ein Tanzkollektiv zum freien Tanzen bei uns), sich über die Vorzüge und Schmerzen von Kapitalismus und Demokratie wundern, lachen & deeptalk (und manchmal weinen), Filme gucken, jammen (wir haben ein E-Piano, Gitarren, etc.), kochen, essen, essen gehen, zu Drag-Shows gehen (oder mitmachen), kuscheln.... und was immer ihr an tollen Ideen mitbringt! ✨
Bei den Einzugsterminen gibt es eine gewisse Flexibilität, vorzugsweise wäre es März/April bis Oktober. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich, aber mit geringen Zusatzkosten verbunden (~20 Euro pro Monat), da unser Vermieter dies verlangt. Es besteht eine kleine Chance, dass im Oktober ein langfristiger Platz frei wird.
Bitte stelle dich bei Manju vor, indem du eine Nachricht schickst und teile uns deine Vorstellungen zu funktionalem Wohnen mit, wann wir uns kennenlernen können und was du dafür brauchst.

Empty Bed - New Flatmate wanted - March-Oct 🌻💜

We are a functional FLINTA flat-sharing community with 5 (sometimes 6) flatmates. Since one of us is leaving on exchange, we are open to a new face ✨
Functional living means: we share a common living space, which we divide up according to functions - instead of according to people. So there are no individual rooms, but it is a communal form of living together. We have a bedroom with 5 personal beds and one guest bed, a beautiful dance room, a living room and a retreat room (to be alone or with others), and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub).
Functional living lives from sharing - of inner and outer spaces, of objects, time and honest, empathetic communication.
There is also enough space to retreat and have time for yourself :)
We share our food & groceries, you have your own area for your clothes etc, - and there are shared shelves - so you don't have to share everything (contrary to some rumors about functional living) ;)
We do a WG plenary session every week to check in about what's going on in our lives and what we need to enjoy living here.
Rent is about 330€ per month, it's 130 sqm which you can use all! We are in beautiful Moabit, between S Beusselstr. and U Birkenstr. (it's quiet & sweet here in the area).
Right now, all of us speak German, but we are very happy about switching to English which we had done before.
About our positioning: some of us are cis, others trans*/non-binary, we are mostly white, we´re between 21 and 27 years old. A lot of us are queer, and we wish for either queers or people who are sensitive towards queer and trans topics :)
We try to be a safer space, but of course can't guarantee that sadly.
on accessibility: the flat is on the ground floor, there is one step in front of it.

We are looking forward to open-hearted FLINTAs who want to live with us, share, dance (we always have a dance collective for free dancing at our place on Mondays, and there are also spontaneous dance escalations), wonder about the perks and pains of capitalism and democracy, laugh & deeptalk (and sometimes cry), watch films, jam (we have an electric piano, guitars, etc.), cook, eat, go foodsaving, go to drag shows (or to join in), cuddle.... and whatever great ideas you bring! ✨
There is some flexibility on the move-in dates, preferably it would be March/April till October. Registration is possible, but comes with small additional costs (~20 euros per month), as this is what our landlord charges. There is a small chance that a longterm place will become available in October.
