Hallo, ich bin dipl.Ing. Marwan und biete ein Zimmer ca. 15qm groß, Möbliert, in meine 3-zimmer wohnung an. Da meine mitbewohnerin wegen Änderung von Arbeitsplatz umziehen wird, suchen wir ein neue Mitbewohner.
Internetnutzung, Festnetztelefon, Strom und noch alle kosten sind schon in der Miete inbegriffen. Ich bin in 10 minuten zu fuß schon am S+U Bahnhof Alexanderplatz. Es gibt kein bessere Lokation in Berlin für Offentlicher Verkehr. Supermarkets Netto, Kaiser und Aldi nur wenige Gehminuten. Dies gielt auch für verschiedene Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes im Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain. Volkspark Friedrichshain ist nur 5 gehminuten.

Hi, I'm Marwan, an electronical engineer, and offer a furnished room in my 3-room apartment, because my roommate is moving to another city. the room is 15 square meters. It's located on the ground floor of a flat building that has been fully renovated. The apartment is very light and situated in a quiet area and at the same time absolute central and very well located for public transport. It's less than 10 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz, the center of Berlin, Mitte, and to the trendy neighbourhoods Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain full of restaurants, shops and bars. Furthermore on walking distance to supermarkets Netto, Kaiser and Aldi and the beautiful park Volkspark Friedrichshain. Perfect for people who want to enjoy Berlin and want to have a great time.
