Ein grosses ruhiges Zimmer steht zur Vermietung ab 16. November 2024.

Gesucht wird ein Mitbewohner mit Vollzeitarbeit, kein Home Office.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 30m2 groß, geht zum Hinterhof Richtung Nord raus und ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Ruhe ist auch ein sehr wichtiges Kriterium für das Zusammenleben.

Zu dem Zimmer gehören ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa und Regal.
Die Wohnung ist mit 138m2 relativ gross, Küche ist sehr geräumig. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden.
Bad normal, mit Wanne.
Zustand und Einrichtung der Wohnung sind eher rustikal als modern, aber gepflegt, d.h. sauber bis reinlich. Lage sehr zentral und gut an die BVG angebunden.

Allgemein: Ökologische Ausrichtung, absolutes Nichtrauchgebot. Keine Raucher.

Bewusstes Heizen hat nicht nur seit dem Krieg gegen die Ukraine besonderere Relevanz. Das Haus ist als unsanierter Altbau schlecht isoliert. Man brauch eine gewisse Affinität zu Winter und Kälte. Das Zimmer eignet sich nicht für Menschen, die im Winter tropische Temperaturen gewohnt sind. Das heisst aber nicht, dass man frieren muss. Nur eben sollte man sparsam mit Energie umgehen wollen und nicht im Winter indoor sich wie im Sommer bekleiden.

Ich arbeite im Gastgewerbe und bin den ganzen Tag mit Menschen zusammen, daher gilt meine Wohnung für mich als Rückzugsort und Ort der Ruhe. Ich suche Mitbewohner, die das Gleiche suchen; das soziale Leben sollte sich ausserhalb der Wohnung abspielen.

Ich liebe meine Wohnung. Das erwarte ich nicht von den Mitbewohnern, aber der nötige Respekt muss schon da sein. Wichtig ist, dass alles sich wohl und zuhause fühlen können.

Wer mit den Eigenheiten, die Schuhe an der Tür auszuziehen und Bratverbot in der Küche leben kann, im Haushalt ziemlich gut klar kommt, auf gegenseitige Rücksicht steht und im Winter nicht barfuß und im T-Shirt durch die Wohnung laufen muss, der kann sich gerne für einen Besichtigungstermin melden.

I am looking for a full-time working tenant, no home office.

Measuring about 30m2, the rooms lies towards the backyard and is despite its central location rather quiet. Quietness is also an important criteria for the flat share.

Room is equiped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, sofa.
The apartment is rather big with its 138m2, the ktichen is comfortably sized including washing machine and dishwasher.
Bathroom medium sized with bathtub.
The overall style and condition of the apartment are rather rustic than modern but looked after, rather tidy and clean.

Position very central and well connected to public transport.

Generally, care for the environment is crucial. Absolutely no smoking. No smokers.



Conscious heating with emphasis und energy saving, not only since the war in Ukraine. As older building the flat has minor isolation. You will need a certain affinity towards winter and cool conditions. The room is not suitable for people used to tropical temperatures in winter. That does not mean, that one has to feel cold. Just very mindful and economical regarding the heating.

I work in hospitality and therefore am surrounded by people all day long. My flat is my refugium for calm and quiet. It should have the same value to you, all social life should be happening outside the flat.

I love my flat as my home. I don´t expect that from the tennants, but the due respect should be present. It´s important that everybody can feel comfortable and at home.

Who can live in a flat share with taking shoes off at the entrance, respecting a permanent frying ban in the kitchen, who is rather proficient, skilled and motivated in housekeeping, cares about mutual respect and doesn´t feel the urge to walk barefooted and dressed like in summer in the middle of winter is welcome to contact me for a visiting.

berufstätigen-wg trifft die sache am ehesten. arbeitsplatz ausserhalb der wohnung, kein home office akzeptiert.
wer ruhe sucht, kann sie hier finden. ich arbeite den ganzen tag mit vielen menschen und das auch im schichtdienst. meine wohnung ist mein ruckzugsort, daher ist ruhe hier sehr wichtig. ich suche jemanden, der auch einen ort der ruhe sucht und dessen sozialleben sich ausserhalb der wohnung abspielt.

im haushalt wird umweltschutz gross geschrieben.

regarding housekeeping, you will need to bring some care for the environment.

haushalt ist vielleicht nicht immer so einfach. die erfahrung zeigt, dass die meisten nicht sehr haushaltsaffin sind. kaum jemand investiert gerne seine freizeit in reinigungsarbeiten, obwohl einfach notwendig. dreckvermeidung ist ein guter erster ansatz, aber neben den alltaeglichen reinigungen bedarfs es auch einer gewissen grundreinigung. ein gewisser mindeststandard ist essentiell.
dazu kommt, dass jeder seine eigenen vorstellungen hat. wichtig fuer mich ist, dass jemand offen ist und bereit, dinge anzunehmen. dann sollte es auch klappen.
oekologie: sparsamer umgang mit ressourcen ist wichtig, auch wahl der haushaltsmittel (vorgaben). als allergiker ist weichspueler in der waschmaschine ein no-go, auch alle aerosole und chemisch-synthetische duftstoffe im allgemeinen

housekeeping generally is a tricky point. experience shows that most people are not as housekeeping orientated as myself. hardly anyones likes to invest some time into cleaning. though necessary. avoiding dirt is a good first approach. besides the daily cleaning up there is the need of more thorough general deep cleaning from time to time. keeping a certain minimum standard is essential.
everyone tends to have a very own opinion of the subject. so the important thing for me is that everyone is open and ready to attend to certain methods, then everything should be perfect.

ecology: careful use of ressources is important, also choice of housekeeping products (predefined). due to allergies, use of certain products are restricted i.e. softener in the washing machine, any types of aerosoles and chemical-synthetic scents
