Hallo Zusammen,
ich möchte eine Mietbewohnerin für ein Zimmer mit 15 sqm² 700 Eruo warm inklusive Internet monatlich finden.
Die Wohnung hat 2 auseinander liegende Zimmer, die an einem langen Flur mit noch einem Durchgangzimmer verbunden sind. Das untervermietete Zimmer ist mobiliert.
Mittelgroße Küche und mittelgroßes Bad mit Badewanne. Altbau, 4.Etage. Alle Fenster gehen zum Innenhof, so dass es sehr ruhig und hell ist, und der Sonnenuntergang ist auch in jedem Zimmer zu sehen! Man bekommt nix mit von dem Trubel und Lärm an der Schönhauser Allee, obwohl man direkt nebenan wohnt. 1 Min zu Fuß zur U/S Bahn/Tramm/Busstation Schönhauser Allee.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir bitte eine Email um einen Besichtigungstermin abzustimmen, und dann besprechen wir alles Weitere vor Ort.

i'd like to find a flatmate for the other room with 15 sqm² and the rent will be 700€ monthly warm, inclusive everything.
The flat has 2 furnished rooms with 72 sq2 which are connected through a long corridor. It's in the backyard and to the west, so it is very quiet with a view of sundown and you only hear birds singing but no street noise at all. Subway station Schönhauser Allee is just 1 min. walk away.
