I rent out a fully furnished, fully equipped, SUPER CENTRAL and SPACIOUS room, right next to the Schöneberg S-Bahn. The size is approx. 28 square meters. The room has a balcony and is divided into the sleeping area and living room by a practical room partition. TV, bed linen, towels, iron, hair dryer, etc. are available. The Wi-Fi is about 50 Mbit / s fast and works perfectly. The room is perfect for simply arriving with your suitcase and feeling right at home!
The rest of the apartment is also equipped with a lot of comfort, i.e. tumble dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, water filter, mixer, crockery, cutlery, Tupperware, etc. :)

Das Wi-fi ist ca.50 Mbit/s schnell und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Zimmer ist perfekt geeignet, um einfach mit seinem Koffer anzureisen und sich direkt wohl zu fühlen!
Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist mit viel Komfort d.h. Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserfilter, Mixer, Geschirr, Besteck, Tupperware, etc. ausgestattet :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt (1 Min. Fußweg) an der S-Bahn Station Schöneberg (S1, Ringbahn 42, 41, 45, 46, Metrobus M46, Bus 248) d. h.:

Es gibt einen Putzplan an den es sich zu halten gilt. Das ist nur fair :)
