Die Verkehrslage ist super, Ringbahn, Bus und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Verbindungen zu allen Hochschulen und Universitäten.
Das helle Zimmer liegt in einer großen Altbauwohnung. Der Raum ist ansprechend und teilweise neu möbliert, siehe Fotos. Es ist eine rauch- und drogenfreie Wohnung.
Zum Schlafen gibt es ein großes Bett (200 x 140 cm). Der Zugang erfolgt über eine geräumige Diele. In der Warmmiete ist die Nutzung von Internet enthalten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Abstellkeller und einen Fahrradkeller.

The bright room is in a large apartment in an old building. The room is attractively and appropriately furnished, see photos. For sleeping there is big bed (200 x 140 cm).
The use of the internet is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are provided.
No smoking, no drugs.
There is a storage room and a bicycle cellar.
Gute Wohnlage in Wilmersdorf. Die Verbindung zu den Berliner Hochschulen und Universitäten ist sehr gut. Zur S-Bahn und zum Bus sind es ca. 200 m, zur U-Bahn ca. 750 m.
Volkspark, Sportplatz, Schlittschuhbahn und Schwimmbad sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Lidl, Aldi, Apotheke, Friseur sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenfalls Ärztehaus und Praxis für Physiotherapie.
Zum Ku-Damm ist es 1 km. Restaurants, Flohmarkt und gute Kneipen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Good residential area in Wilmersdorf. The connection to the Berlin colleges and universities is very good. It is approx. 200 m to the S-Bahn and the bus and approx. 750 m to the subway.
A large park (Volkspark), sports field, ice rink and swimming pool are a 5-minute walk away.
There are very good shopping opportunities, like Lidl, Aldi. Pharmacy, hairdresser are within walking distance, also medical center and practice for physiotherapy.
Restaurants, flea markets and good pubs are within walking distance.
Du studierst oder bist berufstätig, Du bist selbständig, ordentlich, verträglich und ruhig und möchtest gerne in einer netten WG wohnen, dann könntest Du zu uns passen.
Zur Zeit sind wir zu zweit in der Wohnung, teils berufstätig und teils studierend. Wir arbeiten auch teilweise zu Hause. Gegenseitige Akzeptanz und Toleranz wird gelebt. Wir gehen offen miteinander um. Wir legen Wert auf energiebewusstes Verhalten.
Für uns ist es selbstverständlich, dass wir Küche und Bad nach Benutzung ordentlich für die anderen hinterlassen. Die Reinigung der gemeinsam benutzten Räume wie Bad, Küche und Flur und die Müllentsorgung wird nach Absprache gerecht aufgeteilt.
Wir reinigen regelmäßig unsere Zimmer und halten Ordnung.
If you study or work, sociable and calm and you would like to live in a nice shared apartment, then you could be a good match for us.
At the moment there are two of us in the apartment, partly working and partly studying. We also sometimes work at home. Acceptance and tolerance are lived. We are open to each other.
The cleaning of the shared rooms such as the bathroom, kitchen and hallway and the garbage disposal will be divided fairly according to agreement.
We regulary clean our rooms and keep them in order.
