Lust auf einen urbanen Urlaub?
Wenn ja, dann ist ein Zimmer in unserer großen, bunten WG vielleicht genau das richtige für dich.wir Vermieten ein Zimmer für unsere 5er WG. We are renting one room of our flat for long term.
One room is 21 m² and cost 550€ + 100 euros for the electricity, heaters and internet.
The other room is around 14m2 and the price is 470€.
As you can see the prices are quite random and not fair at all.
Also sadly at the moment we don't have hot water in the flat, which is another reason why we want to sue our landlord. It takes him way to long to fix it.
This is one of the reasons why we sued our landlord.
The rents of the rooms are way too high.
The good thing is that we already won a case against the landlord in front of the Landesgericht Berlin.
They decided that the rent for my 23 m² is around 250€.
I just started the law case against the landlord and am now in the process of enforcing the lower rent.
Now we need other people to move in and follow my way, so that we can finally get rid of this vampire landlord.
According to my lawyer we have quite a high chance to take over the rent contract from our current landlord. He is not the owner of the apartment. He only rented the apartment and is now subletting it to us. He is doing the same thing with over 10 apartments here in Berlin.
We will rent the room only under the condition, that you will arrange any kind of insurance for yourself, which helps you cover the costs of a case in the court.
If you want to move in with us, we would really expect you to contribute some time and energy towards the issues we have with our landlord.
It doesn't mean that we will spend, every week to organize everything.
But it would be necessary to be available like every two weeks for a few hours .

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, renovierten Altbau mitten in Kreuzberg. Hohe Decken und große Fenster sind also inklusive. Im Haus befindet sich in der unteren Etage ein indisches Restaurant (für kleine oder größere Heißhungerattacken) Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage.
Die Wohnung wurde zuletzt vor 8 Jahren komplett renoviert. Der Raum ist natürlich Teil möbliert, also tob' dich aus :)
Außerdem wird für die Möbel nichts verlangt.

Wo?
Das Haus steht mitten in Kreuzberg 10999 zwischen Kotti und der Markthalle Neun. Langweilig wirds hier auf keinen Fall. Es gibt eine Menge Cafés, Bars und Clubs in der Gegend, aber auch viel Grün, wenn du lieber entspannen magst. Zum Kotbusser Tor (U8,U1) braucht man nur wenige Minuten und zum Görlitzer Bahnhof sogar noch weniger. Der Weg zur Arbeit, Uni, was auch immer geht also ganz fix.
Wann?
Einziehen könntest du ab sofort.
Wer?
Wir sind offen für männliche und weibliche Bewerber. Generell sollte es einfach nur harmonieren und dir alles gefallen, der Rest ist sekundär. Am Besten du schreibst also ein paar Zeilen zu dir.

Good for you... since we are on the hunt for a free room in our 5 person shared flat. We are subleting the biggest room of our flat for one month.
When?
You could move in right now.
What?
The flat is lays in a nice, renovated old building in the heart of Kreuzberg. High ceilings and big windows included. On the ground floor we 've got a Indian restaurant (in case of emergency cravings). The flat is on the first floor andThe flat was renovated 7 years ago. verything is in ok condition. Of course the room is furnished - with a mattress , some shelves and a big wardrobe.
Where?
The building is located in the middle of Kreuzberg 10999 between Kottbusser Tor and Markthalle Neun. Won't get much more exciting than here. There are a lot of cafés, bars and clubs in the area, as well as some parks, if you're in the mood for some down-time. It just takes a few minutes to U-Bahnhof Kottbusser Tor by foot and Görlitzer Bahnhof is even closer. Therefore the way to university, work, whatever takes no time.
Most of us have too work during the week.
So we would expect you not to be super loud. But we are 3 young people and easy going. We dont have a problem if you like to party a lot, just during the week we need some silence because some of us work really early.
We just have some new flatmates that's why we are not hanging around to much together, but we are open minded and since some of us already have been living together for a while. The situation might change when you move in depending on how the things develope.
