I travel a lot so you have the apartment mostly to yourself. Rent is 500 EUR per month including utilities and electricity.
You have 1 roommate, 34 and gay-friendly. Likes sports, movies, veggie food and coffee...
Apartment has an okay equipped kitchen and bathroom with window. Your room has wooden floor and a big window that faces the backyard.
ATTENTION: there will be major construction work in the next few months - unfortunately you would have to be prepared for this, but possibly with lower rent (new building next to ours).
Großes, möbliertes WG Zimmer in Berlin Mitte nähe S Oranienburger Str. Bzw U Oranienburger Tor zu vermieten. Es gibt eine Matratze bei Bedarf (nur für Gäste benutzt also recht neu).
Bin viel unterwegs also hast du die Wohnung meist für dich. Miete ist 500 EUR pro Monat incl Nebenkosten und Strom.
Du hast 1 Mitbewohner, 34 und gay-friendly. Mag gerne Sport, Kino und veggie food sowie Kaffee.
Wohnung hat eine okay ausgerüstete Küche und Badezimmer mit Fenster. Dein Zimmer hat Parkett und ein sehr großes Fenster das zum Hinterhof raus.
ACHTUNG: es gibt größere Bauarbeiten in den nächsten Monaten - darauf müsstest du dich leider einstellen, aber womöglich mit geringerer Miete (Neubau von Haus in Umgebung/Dachausbau).
Die Lage ist top, Nahe Torstr. Viele Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Verkehrsanbindung perfekt.
